Don't go looking for fresh meat cut. They never have a meat cutter in afternoon or evening. Makes it difficult to get what you want even when it is an item on flyer. They push a rain check and when you go back to redeem it they do not have the product available. Management doesn't seem to care when you try to talk to them about it. Poor customer service on the management's end. How ever most cashier's are friendly and accommodating.

The whole store smells like a rotten meat shop. If they want to keep prices comparable to Loblaws, learn a thing or two from them about good ventilation, hygiene and experience

Shop there infrequently but have always liked the store. Great Bakery and deli, plus an excellent selection of products for a relatively small store.

I'm tired of accidentally buying expired, and if it's produce rotten, food. I don't always remember to inspect because I'm busy working to afford metro's groceries. Maybe the store's employees who aren't watching the self checkout could throw out some of their garbage on the shelves.

Hi and Good Morning!! I am writing a review of this store. I am being honest in my opinion-Polite staff, Great Management who put their heart and soul into running an efficient operation. I like how clean it is and their reputation. This store continues to be the top grossing store and no surprise. Keep up the great work team!!.

Update your online posted hours. I was one of 8 people in the parking lot who came because google maps said you were open when you weren't.

This only gets two stars because it has a good selection of non-perishables. The perishables however are awful. Many of the fruits and vegetables were well past their prime. I saw ground beef in the meat section that had a best before date of three days before. Wouldn't shop here again as it also very overpriced compared to other Metros.

I was so shocked that Metro is forcing one of employees to work in Produce department with crutches. This young man had to push the produce cart while had crutches under his shoulder.Do we live in a third world courtly? I guess he has to put his weight on one leg for many hours which will cause him more issues down the road.I'm sure Metro could afford to give him few weeks off to recover from his injury which might have happened at work.I'm also going to call WSIB and follow up with them.What their UNION is doing for them? Are they only there to collect Union Dues from these hardworking people?Would store manager and assistant manager do the same thing if it was their son?#UFCW#Metro 758

This is the largest supermarket in the area. It is very well stocked. It has a great fresh meat section, a Blackett and even a sushi station. Over the summer they also have an extensive garden centre. When it comes to the price we need to take a star away. It is a pleasure shopping here if you can afford it.

I visited 2 separate Metro locations within last few days and each provided quality products and great service great selection of wraps which I bought their freshly prepared food very tasty I like their extended hours
