Tried my best to get in with these guys. They seem very busy and have a reputable service, my my personal interaction with them was frustrating. They never called me back after sending claim documents and had to continually dial their phone, which i was made aware that is the wrong number and i should be calling the auto body shop not the maintenance shop" which was the only number on Google. They made me feel like an idiot after ignoring me left and right. I was then told that I had attitude for voicing frustration that it had been 2 months since I've tried getting on their schedule

My visit was very unusual. There were two individuals who neither of them wanted to give me an estimate for my vehicle. Finally one of them stepped out and told me it will cost me around 1300$ for a front bumper of a BMW 3 series.Ridiculous!Extremely expensive...bo reason

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate after my car had been hit in a parking lot. The staff were easygoing and willing to get my car in as soon as possible. The quote for the repair was fair and the repair only took 2 days! My car looks better than before it was hit. They fixed some poorly done body work that I had done at another body shop from another accident. This was something that I did not ask for them to do. These guys are great!

These guys are great! Super helpful and reassuring. They are the best priced auto collision center in Durham region so look no further. The work they did on my car is superb...good as new. I highly recommend Boss Auto Body in Whitby. Thanks guys!

Incredible service and price - these guys will treat you well. Highly recommended.Was rear-ended last Friday and was recommended Boss Auto in Whitby. The repairs look amazing, as though I was never rear-ended.I will be returning if ever needed.
