When me and my family had walked in the store inquiring about rug sizing, an employee by the name “karn” had welcomed us in with a great first impression and was easily able to help us figure out the most fitting size and shape we would need. He also was very knowledgeable on how to go about the color pattern of our home which made choosing color/design a lot easier. I would definitely recommend this store as me and my family have been customers here for quite a while now and always get a great experience!!

I visited the Croydon drive, Surrey store. Ramjet was very helpful as we looked at narrowing down a rug for my living room. We used the couch pillow trying to pick a great match. In the end she is bringing a rug from another store as we both feel it’s the perfect colour. I love the designer collection

We recently visited this store looking for an area rug. The store had a nice variety of rugs and the staff was also very helpful. Since the primary salesperson was busy with other customers. The floor associate by the name of Karn was able to assist us in looking through some piles. He also gave some helpful suggestions of his own in regards to colour patterns and whether we should go for a machine made rug or a hand made rug.

I went to the store and was getting information about various products of the store. Ranjit explained to me in detail about the products. Her product knowledge is awesome and her smiling face and greeting the customer was amazing. I will definitely come back to buy the vinyl planks she recommended.

Best selection by far. I visited multiple places before coming to Jordans and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Darcy was a big help and made sure we got the right rugs for different areas in our apartment.

I recently purchased a rug from this location. Even though the rug did not work for me a worker by the name of Karn helped with getting the rug out of my car and bringing it into the store making the return/refund process much easier than i imagined. I would recommend visiting this store to other friends and family!
