I was stuck in my wheelchair in my living room And I didn't know what to do. So I called motion. and they sent somebody to help me right away He came quickly and fixed my wheelchair on the spot I was elated. We have been using the London office of Motion for many years now and have found them to be consistently professional, friendly and incredibly flexible in meeting the many needs (wheelchairs both electric and manual, sit to stands, standers....) that suddenly crop up for us and they do so in a very timely fashion. I do not normally make the time to write a review, but this company has bent over backwards for us too many times for me to not take the time to sing their praises here.

Was at Motion specialties London this week. Am having a hip replacement. When I came ino the store the staff at this store was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They help me with everything I needed and set my walker and Airgo cane to fit me perfect. They made me feel so comfortable and prepared for my surgery...Thank you to all the front staff .... I sure will be telling my friends to visit this store when needing medical needs....

Great support, professional service, very knowledgeable. Valerio installed a device in a difficult spot in our home and went above and beyond to make it both work and look great. He really put in the effort and didn't cut corners. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Donna was amazing! I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the great lift chair options provided. I was given so much valuable information including the exact measurements, product functions, etc. etc. My elderly mother (91 years old) loved the lift chair. The fabric was so perfect. Everything about my experience with MotionCares was exemplary.

They listened, they understood and were very knowledgeable and they made it happen. The technical guy was even better. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Absolutely will be back.

What AMAZING customer service from London Motion! Our son was set to be Best Man at his best friend's wedding and our portable lift stopped working. Of course, on a Friday night, after hours. There is no way we could get our son ready for the wedding without a lift. Everyone was distraught.I called at 5:30 in the evening and service actually personally answered the phone and offered to do their best to help. They agreed to meet me at 9 am Saturday morning. I went to Motion in London and Erin Scott was so caring and helpful and loaned us a lift. The wedding was SAVED! All because the staff at Motion focus on their clients' needs and go above and beyond.THANK YOU all from the bottom of my heart!

I have always had excellent service at Motion. Recently I was hospitalized at Parkwood Hospital. Jeff who does repairs at this location helped me out with problems I was having with my power chair. The chair was purchased through another Vendor and I have had all kinds of problems since it was delivered. Jeff was so great and I greatly appreciated his help. Thank you Jeff and Motion.
