Pool Fits Liners & Covers Corp

Thank goodness for the amazing team at poolfits! I ordered a liner that was a foot short and not even close to the proper depth. After realizing my mistake, I reached out and messaged them on the website chat. Thinking I would have been treated like a rookie who had no clue, I explained my situation and they graciously provided me with a form which shows what and where to measure in order to get the proper liner. Kathy was amazingly patient as we emailed back and forth providing me with prints and manafacturer specs to be certain this time around. This whole time they held my order from going out and once the right one was found they sent me a new confirmation with the liner I should have ordered the first time.I will absolutely do all our pool business with pool fits and will recommend them to anyone. They know pools!!And the price! OMG it's less than half of price I was quoted by a local pool company. And I bet I have it installed and filled before anyone waiting on local guys to do it.Thanks KarenAnd Pool Fits.

This is the best pool company I've used so far as a small pool buissness owner . Karen was very help attentive to all of our needs there videos are dead on on how to measure a pool. Awesome service! After the local pool guys gave me the runaround about getting a custom liner I found Pool Fits. They walked me through measuring my custom liner, placed the order and had my new liner in less than a week and it fit like a glove!

My experience from start to finish was easy and painless. I was very happy with the quality of the liner and how quickly we received it. My installer was also very impressed and has since started referring his clients to buy their liners here as well.

After calling or emailing 15-20 pool stores and pool liner companies I was told that it would probably be either 3 months or some said not at all to have a liner for our pool. We have a AquaSport 17x32 oval. Not a standard size for liners. Finally I found PoolFits on the web and talked to Karen. I was told that they could have a liner made in 10 days! I was very skeptical but ordered it. Received a call about measurements the next day and within 10 days received an email that it was on it’s way. Installed and swimming in Pa. Couldn’t be happier with PoolFits.
