They not only have outstanding customer service making each customer priority but also listen, understand and make your wishes come true. I enjoyed throughly working with Yamul who truly is passionate about making each customer satisfied and happy. Fantastic experience!I purchased a quartz countertop and backsplash to be installed in my newly renovated kitchen. The prices were competitive and the workmanship was superb. I purchased on a Saturday and everything was installed by the following Tuesday.I would highly recommended Diamond Granite Countertops Inc.

We were sold a Defective Quartz countertop!In mid 2020 we had a large countertop installed in our kitchen (and a smaller one on our bathroom vanity) by this company. The installers told us it was extremely durable and stain resistant Quartz that would hold up for a very long time. Since then we've been extremely gentle but the countertops have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.About 6 months later we noticed that there is some discoloration happening on the surface due to WATER... Any colourful spices that landed on the countertop also needed to be scrubbed immediately as they stain very quickly and are extremely difficult to remove. We've tried cleaning the dark water spots in a variety of non-abrasive ways but it seems like the surface is much more porous than any quartz countertop should be and is seemingly faulty since the discoloration is actually embedded in the surface. The surface is a bit rough in a few areas as well.We have identical Quartz countertops in our basement (installed about 12 years ago). The basement countertops have had about 12 years of constant wear and use yet they are in excellent condition with no darkened spots or signs of staining at all. It seems like our newly installed countertops are defective in some way... Maybe they were a bad batch of Quartz or they weren't polished/pressed enough?We reached out to the installer Diamond Granite Countertops Inc" to try and resolve this but they just tried to dodge any responsibility suggesting we clean it with vim (which we had tried) or acetone. They said they could come by for a "cleaning" and would charge us $300 but wouldn't say what they would do or guarantee a fix. They also mentioned it could be a fault of their manufacturer but offered no method of repair or quality assurance. We tried to book their cleaners but they kept changing the dates and made it very difficult to plan so we eventually gave up.We chose this company because we were told by them that "Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction with our services

We decided to renovate our 13 year old kitchen. We started with new counters from Diamond Granite. From start to finish they were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We chose a stone they did not have in their showroom but they got it for us from the supplier. Great experience and would highly recommend their services.
