Leaf & Root Wellness is a welcome addition to Sydney, NS!!! The store is bright, cheerful and welcoming. The owner, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, is very knowledgeable about the product in her store and is more than willing to help you out in the health and wellness field. She keeps on top of the most up to date information in this field. If there is something in particular you are looking for go see Allyson at Leaf & Root! If she doesn't have it in stock, she can offer a comparable substitute or will try to source the product for you. Customer Service and Knowledge is what keeps me coming back!

I walked in to pick up my orderTo a lovey lady smiling & saying, ‘Your order is ready!’ So as the song goes, ’sometimes ya wanna go where everybody knows your name. And you’re always glad ya came.’ - (remember the show CHEERS?- ya that’s the theme some, lol) It applies at this well stocked wellness shop. I love buying local, but buying online (which I did during a storm!) is so so easy as well. Great delivery options for near and far! Check this shop out!!

My favourite store in town! Allyson is so helpful. I am constantly referring to her with questions and she is always willing to offer suggestions. If she does not know the answer, she will go out of her way to try to find it for you. If she doesn’t have a product suitable in store, which is often unlikely, she will help you find it. I love exploring her store both for my independent needs and for gifts. Her prices are fair and reasonable, making it my go-to spot for vitamins. Allyson often has new stock in and it is fun checking it out and trying new things, while trusting the products that you are buying.

Allison (the owner) is the sweetest, loveliest lady with such a beautiful energy that puts you at ease when you enter. She has wonderful knowledge and carries high quality products at great prices! I'm always happy when I walk into Leaf and Root as I know I'm buying some incredible products from a wonderful small business owner. I highly recommemd this gem of a shop. Another fabulous reason to support local!!
