This evening (Tuesday, June,13th) I went to get a slice of Nonna’s Favourite and I noticed that some of the vegetarian slices when being cooked are sometimes on the same pizza as meat slices. Otherwise, the slice was very flavourful and the young cashier serving me was very kind.

I have given numerous opportunities with different orders and every time my pizza comes over cooked or wrong, wings are dried out like needles why can’t they get our order right? It is constant struggle with this location.

The tables were pretty clean but the place felt more empty since there were fewer tables that were further apart from each other. They heated up the pizza quickly, and there was a nice set of add-ons that made my meal a lot better despite it just being a regular pepperoni pizza (ie. Hot sauces, chillis, etc.). The crust was soft yet crispy despite it being on display for a while.

Quality has gone down, whole wheatcrust on the pizza I've gotten countless times tasted like cardboard and was rock solid. There seems to have been a change in ownership or something in the last few months but I wont be returning with the quality of pizza I recieved. Better to make the pizza more expensive and taste good then to cheapen it. Just for the record I did not order a pizza slice but two medium pizzas. Disappointed.

This PizzaNova location is fantastic! The pizza slices were delicious and served hot. The front staff and cookd were friendly, incredible, and provided great service. Highly recommenede!

Came here for a quick bite. Service is quite slow considering it was only 3 individual slices and all just required heating up. Friendly staffs though.

If you’re looking for very quick, fresh and tasty pizza, look no further! The pepperoni pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. The chef was very sweet and immensely talented! The friendly cashier greeted me with a warm smile, he was very friendly! Love this location will come again soon!

Total lack of hand hygiene.Your cashier this afternoon (Friday May 12th) was touching all the slices with his bare hands when he was putting them in the display cases and when he was removing them to serve customers, in between touching the slices with his hands he was taking coins and money from customers, using his phone, wiping the counter and then going to the kitchen and breaking apart the frozen shredded cheese with his bare hands.Throughout all this he did NOT wash or sanitize his hands.Totally unsanitary.

Place is un kept. All of the tables were dirty.Order taker was rude saying that they are busy. I was looking for something that would be quick to go. The order taker was not helpful. Proper words could have been used.Disappointing.
