Used to be our favorite restaurant! Now we always feel rushed to leave, they bring boxes for the food and the bill while you're still eating, they get visible upset and very unfriendly when you want to order another drink after food is served. (This same thing has happened with multiple different servers, not sure if they're told to do this) Impossible to enjoy a date night out, if I wanted to quickly eat and go I'd go get fast food..Went there for my husband's birthday to give it another try, everything was great until we wanted to order a round of drinks after eating, bills were already brought to the table and the server loudly crumbled them up with an eyeroll and sigh. Her attitude after that was horrible she wouldn't look at us or talk to us when bringing the drinks and brought the new bills we didn't ask for. Again impossible to enjoy an evening with friends. It's not like they needed the table, restaurant was still half empty. Very sad. Food used to be a lot better and way bigger portions as well

Went in on a Saturday night and there was a line up. Gentleman in front of me said he was told it was a long wait. We were tired and hungry and decided to go elsewhere. Hostess literally chased us to the parking lot to let us know we had been misinformed and that there WERE tables so we went back in. It was a bit of a wait, but quite worth it! Food was delicious! Hubby had his usual fish and chips and I had liver with bacon and onions. We each had a beer and the bill came to just under $60. Highly recommend!

I hate giving poor reviews. I rarely do it. I looked back across six years and over 100 reviews and this is my fifth.Service was painfully slow. Despite knowing what we wanted, it still took nearly three hours from seated to cheque, and about an hour for our appetizers to arrive.I ordered my steak blue. Specifically: I want my steak blue. As in moo. As in i want to fight my steak to eat it." It came medium. I pointed it out to my server

Was hoping for an authentic pub experience but what I got was far far from that. We ate appetizers (Samosas and Spring Rolls) and everything was deep fried to death and literally came straight out of a box. Don’t be tricked by the “Pub” in the name. Real pubs take appetizers way more seriously than this and the atmosphere honestly is quite blah on top of that.

A very disappointing Father's Day visit. I've been here twice before and was disappointed with the quality of the food and service both times. However, my son and his girlfriend had been there more recently and had a decent experience so when he suggested we go for Father's Day brunch, I agreed. Unfortunately, it was yet again a sub-par event. Our orders of two stacks of four Pancakes and a Classic Breakfast took an inordinately long time to be served. I would have cut them some slack if there was a Father's Day crowd, but the restaurant was less than half full. When we finally did receive our food, the food runner delivered a Classic Breakfast, as ordered, and a plate with two pancakes. Not four, two. We wondered if we had remembered incorrectly about the order. The food runner came back with a plate of three pancakes and a small plate with a single pancake. When I mentioned it should be four each, the food runner said it only came with three and left. Fearing my memory was failing I grabbed a menu and confirmed it's four. By that time our waiter, Ryan - the only bright spot of the visit - had returned and I pointed out the error. He apologized and quickly got us two more pancakes... All for naught - the pancakes were as tough as leather and room temperature, so less-than-satisfying" would be a compliment. Side note: the bacon servings on the plates were randomly unequal portions and ranged from floppy/chewy to overly well done roofing shingles. Overall a disappointing return visit. Two stars for food (no complaints about the Classic Breakfast); three stars for service (Ryan saved it from being lower)."

Food was amazing, the best chicken BLT wraps anywhere. Service seemed to be struggling to keep pace and the last time I went I sat for 10 minutes without being served then watched my waitstaff set up a table right in front of me for a large group that called in.. I'm one person and I promise you the tip would have been larger than your table of 8 for the amount of work and hassle. Do better.

My wife and I had dinner at Piper Arms last Saturday. It was our first time. Service was a tad slow but the quality of the food was great and the price point was extremely competitive. Will visit again.

First time here for me. Some of my friends have been in the past, didn't complain about their service. My visit was good. Place was extremely busy and seemed understaffed, but the servers and all other wait staff made it work. Our food was on POINT!!! I highly recommend the lobster Mac n cheese. The mushroom and beef pie were also delish. Jalapeno fish tacos and shepherd's pie also a slam dunk. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will return.There are several chefs who work at this location from what we were told, so not sure if anyone had a worse experience. But we went on Sunday afternoon and loved it!

Best service I've received in a long time. Multiple touch points from various employees to check in on the meals/beverage situation. The servings were ample and the price was fantastic. Would recommend and would go again!
