I came in here post blood work after realizing I'd be too out of it to make myself food once I got home. The affects hit me harder and quicker than I expected and the person working at the counter noticed and was very nice. I'm not sure if it's something they're used to being right next to a DynaLife, but either way, they offered me apple juice and even brought my food to where I was sitting so I didn't have to get up to the counter. Seriously, the person working that day has my thanks ten times over and is probably the reason I didn't pass out on the bus and miss my stop.I can't say much on the food since I've only eaten here once, but it was decent. I got a noodle dish w the thin vermicelli noodles which is just not something I like much because my brain was NOT working at full capacity and I would've enjoyed rice more. That's on me though. The lychee fruit smoothie w the tapioca pearls was great!

Establishment is clean.. However,I was not greeted at all upon entry or when I approached the till. The attendant simply looked up at me and continued to do what they were doing.I ordered the flat noodle bowl, with chicken and shrimp,which took 30 mins to prepare. Despite other customers walking in, ordering Ieaving. I had to reapproach the counter and ask for my order which seems like it was forgotten.The dish was terrible.....no flavour, noodles glued together with a few pieces of 2 inch green onion and uncleaned shrimp.I threw my dish out after paying $20... it was that BAD!.

Food is fine, but customer service is terrible. We ordered two dishes with some sides for delivery, but there was no sesame sauce with the salmon bowl, which means no flavor! Called them, person who answered was fairly hopeless (possibly language barrier), eventually passed on to a guy there. Wouldn't send the sauce over, nor give credit for another meal - said he wasn't empowered to do that, only the manager is (and she wasn't available). I eventually gave up and drove over there, negating the whole delivery idea. Was told the manager would call the next day, but that was a week ago and no phone call.Too bad - food has been pretty good each time we've had it, but the service and lack of delegation when the manager isn't around is a problem.

Ordered a bunch of stuff last night. They forgot my drink and my salted fish fried rice had zero fish. It was more like egg fried rice. Everything else was decent but the portion seem kind of small for a Chinese restaurant

Horrible experience, the fat asian lady was extremely RUDE. She placed my order wrong when i even said no veggies, since I’m allergic to mushrooms. She didn’t even repeated my order. I called and she said she was sorry, but it wasn’t even sincere lmao and she was in a rush to hang up the phone. She was proclaiming it was my fault. I used to be a manager in a different restaurant and i can tell that this manager doesn’t deserve her job. She didn’t even find a way to solve the issue. I thought every restaurant should uphold customer service. The other branches of rice bowl were extremely nice and accommodating, but this one was clearly not. This is my first time experiencing this kind of treatment, would never be coming back to this branch again.

On Mother's Day, I placed an order for a buy one get one free Deep Fried Chicken Rice bowl. I added a Dragon Eye Roll and a Vietnamese Coffee. My coworker was supposed to place an order for her own Buy One/Get One and I was just going to drop it off for her.When I got there, there were only a total of two rice bowls instead of the four I had expected. After a bit of confusion from the young cashier and me, they rang up another Buy One/Get One. They were patient and friendly about the situation. Thank goodness I didn't make a fuss because the confusion was with my coworker as she thought WE were doing a BOGO together. Nuh uh. I wanted the BOGO all to myself; one for dinner and the second one for my lunch the next day. SO...BIG apology to the restaurant for the confusion.I enjoyed my meal. I love the veggies that are with the mix. For me, the rice bowls usually are good for one meal and one snack meal. My favorite dish (and my coworker's and sons' is the Japanese NY Steak bowl)Dragon Eye is always filling and good. I actually have to share that with my son as it is FILLING.Their Vietnamese coffee is nice and strong. Maybe stronger than what some restaurants tend to serve but I'm all for it as I tend to add an extra espresso shot to my Starbucks coffee and Tim's Ice Caps. (Also love their Lychee bubble tea with Lychee pieces.)Sometimes service there is slow during busy times hence me calling my order in for pick up most of the time. I am not bothered by it as they make their drinks and food as they are ordered. I just use that opportunity to play my phone games while I wait.Side note....not a huge fan of their pho. It could be that being Vietnamese, I like my broth to be a bit more traditional in flavor.

The food here is decent. My favorite being the Singapore Noodle Bowl.I'm general, the noodle bowls are a better deal than the rice bowls. They could improve on the speed of their orders though. More often than not, you are waiting up to 15 minutes for your order (for two) and sometimes longer if they are really busy.The bubble tea is also fairly well made. A nice alternative if other bubble tea places are too far away.

I love this place, and have been going for years since they opened. I always get the chicken fried rice and the portions are crazy for the price. Very clean and open with lots of seating. Their bubble tea is also delicious and they have those popping bubble pearl things.

A large selection of Asian dishes here that's pretty tasty overall. There's no table service here as the setup is similar to fast food. Worth a try on a budget and for something quick.

Rice Bowl Deluxe (Callingwood)
Just found this place and was intrigued by they’re menu. Came a couple times after, as they’re food was decent. However, on the last trip there, ordered an 8-pc Crispy Chicken Cutlet side to go. Got home only to realize that they had given me the rice bowl instead. I patiently head back to let them know and get it fixed but the lady behind the counter makes a fuss and said that I wasn’t clear and that it was not their fault. Honestly, it wasn’t a big deal but as soon as she starts placing blame, that’s where it became a problem. Food is good but not good enough for me to endure this kind of customer service
