Called and asked for help booking a vacation anywhere in the world that would be zika virus free. The agent told us that no one cares about zika virus post pandemic and that we wouldn’t be able to find anything. Completely rude and a waste of my time calling.

Christine was a lot of help booking my Cuba vacation. Very pleased we found just what I would like.

The staff (Junelle) was a pleasure to deal with. On our first visit she priced out a few resorts that were in the dates we gave her to work with. After some research at home we went back with other questions. Golf prices things around each resort etc etc. She did an excellent job even though we continually asked more and more. We couldn't be happier with the work she did for us.

If I could put ZERO stars I would!Completely unprofessional, and rude and I’m in shock that this is how Air Transat treats potential customers here!I tried to reserve a group booking for my destination wedding in July with a travel agent, her name was Kate Adamczyk and she was extremely rude and could not communicate efficiently with me in booking this group trip and was extremely rude on the phone to guests trying to book and had the audacity to try to blame me when she was the one who was unclear, did not know how to do her job, would speak over me, extremely rude in her tone speaking to me, did not seem to want to even do this group booking for me and yet here I was trying to get her to clearly explain what was going on and when I explained to her if she cannot clearly communicate details and the process correctly I’ll have to find someone else, to which her response was “whatever go ahead and do that then” and finally when I asked to speak to a manager she provided me an email address and nothing else of another co worker which she was trying to pass it off as a manager.If you’re seeking professional, clear communication in booking a group trip DO NOT use Air Transat! So upset and dissapointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Booked our Dominican getaway through Cristina. She was amazing to deal with from start to finish. I work long/weird shift work hours and my bf is away Monday to Friday but luckily she able to work around that and do most through email. She even helped with a mid vacation emergency (through email!!!) and is very reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We will be booking again with her for a trip this upcoming winter and will continue to forward on her information to our friends and family. Thanks!

Had some issues with not receiving the items that I purchased with the Options Plus package (seat selection and the in-flight meal). Been waiting to hear back from Transat Customer Relations since January 25. On the positive side, the in-flight staff is always fantastic.

Cristel was the best. She helped me out so much. I would recommend her to everyone !!

Have been trying to contact AT customer service to make a change to a flight, for a week. No one answers the phone. Went here to see if the could help me but the are in the same boat as me
