I’ve had my couch for about 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier with it! So stylish, incredibly comfy and amazing with pets. I customized the size to fit in my living room and Paige made it so easy! Can not recommend couch haus enough!

so i was referred to couchhaus from a friend. also i had enjoyed her couch so i knew it was an amazing product. the process it self was smooth and seamless, and Paige was so helpful and always on point in contacting. my couch arrived in 2 deliveries (my ottoman is still pending) but it worked out because i was without anything. from the time they contact you to inquire about your delivery address it was about 10 business days to get the couch (to Ontario). the delivery was smooth but please remember it is only curb side. I LOVE this couch. and the price was more reasonable then anything else i reviewed.

We had such a great experience ordering our couch with Paige at her beautiful showroom. She was so lovely and a huge support in helping us pick the design that is right for us. Very excited for the delivery of our super comfy couch!

I love my new couch. I went with the luxe depth comfy couch with a 2 seated and chaise with the premium (pet friendly) fabric and velcro covers. Couch Haus was a great option for me - I've got a strange shaped room with baseboard heater that needed to be avoided, and nothing commercial was going to fit.It took a while to get here, but for a custom sofa, that's to be expected. It still came within the shipping window I was given (12-16 weeks; arrived at 14 weeks).I loved the customizability of their sofas. Paige very patiently worked through my plans with me and I was even able to send her photos of the room and we brainstormed how best to make a sofa to fit my needs.I LOVE the option for velcro-on covers - as a pet owner, the ability to remove the cover/replace it if needed is awesome!The fabric feels like quite good quality and the sofa is super comfy.The design process was easy and it was nice being able to go see the sofa in person rather than having to make all my decisions online (although this is an option too if you prefer that).The company kept me updated throughout the process and was responsive when I had questions.Their zero interest, 3 month payment plan option also was great from a cashflow perspective.My only critique (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is I wish they came with a way to join the modules together. My sofa is in two parts (thankfully, otherwise getting it up the stairs would have been a nightmare, it's huge!). I had to order the elastic couch connectors from Amazon and there wasn't a corresponding foot on the chaise to connect it to the sofa section, so I had to screw one of the spare feet which came with the couch (thankfully) onto the chaise to have a spot to wrap the connector around. This means the velcro cover doesn't fit that spot (as it's designed to be flush without a foot there) but once the sofa is on the floor it's not noticable. There's a little give with the elastic connectors so it doesn't perfectly reduce the gap between the two, but at least now the two parts don't go sliding away from each other on my hardwood floors when I sit down (or my dog jumps on it). Even so, they were still helpful in making suggestions when I emailed them to ask about connecting the sofas.All in all a great experience and would highly recommend. Would definitely use them again if I ever find a need for another sofa, and I love that with the modular idea, I have the option to make this sofa bigger if I ever move somewhere with more space.Thanks so much Couch Haus! Edit:Update to our experience with them.Thankfully Paige took over communications and from them on, it was smooth sailing.She apologized and took our feedback to heart. She even personally came to our house to pick up the stools and the full refund was very prompt.Thank you Paige for all your help.And like I said in the original post, we love our couch. It is absolutely beautiful.I will start with the positive. Paige at our appointment was super helpful and professional. Though it was a really long wait for our couch, once it arrived, it is beautiful and comfortable.But I would advise against buying anything but couches from them.We bought 3 counter stools from them.First delivery, 1 arrived perfectly and the 2nd chair arrived broken. Sure things get knocked around during shipment. My issue was with how they handled this matter. I reached out to Paige and she told me to contact customer support. I thought ok, weird since she owns the company but sure.When I contacted CSR, Alex wrote back. No apologies, nothing. When I also asked why the chairs weren't staged at the warehouse like they were supposed to, which of they did, we would have seen the broken one at the warehouse, he did not even address this concern. No offer to pick up the broken chair from our house.They replaced the broken one, which will come in time with the 3rd counter chairs. They were delivered a few days ago, wrong size and slightly different designs than what we ordered.Called them, messaged them. 24hrs later I received a text message asking me to email them. You would think they would call.I'm currently still waiting to see what they will do.I will not order from them again.

I was searching for the perfect couch for awhile before I came across CouchHaus. As soon as I saw the couch in person I was in love! Paige was able to help me design my couch by picking my own preferences and create something that would fit my space exceptionally! She answered all my questions and offered SO many things to customize! They had amazing customer service and Alex would always respond quickly to any questions I had as well as update me frequently on delivery status. My favourite options are that you can switch colours of your furniture by purchasing new covers at any time and the modular feature gives so many options! Worth every penny spent! We've had our couch for almost three months now and I feel confident that it is the best purchase we've ever made. Paige was extremely knowledgeable and flexible when it came to designing our couch with us. I had very little experience in this area and she was very receptive to the limits of our space and also to providing thoughtful solutions.The couch is literally a dream. Very sturdy, the filling is top notch, the fabric is soft and no matter where or how you sit on it, it's comfortable. We're so grateful for both the service and the couch itself!

Thank you Paige for helping us with customizing our couch for our apartment! With so much to choose from, she helped us narrow it down to the best colours and fabrics that would best suit our apartment's colour theme/lighting. She was quick with measurements like created sample floor plans of the different couch sizes before we could even finish our sentences. The showroom with the sample couch made it a lot easier to feel and see what the couch looked like in person. Honestly, Paige made the whole experience super pleasant and easy. Also, thank you to Alex for providing confirmations and updates on our shipment. Once it arrived to Vancouver, the couch got checked and delivered super quick.

We absolutely LOVE our CouchHaus sofa! My partner and I bought a new home in October 2021 and wanted to upgrade our couch for our new space. We went to the CouchHaus showroom and were not disappointed. We were able to customize everything from fabrics and colours, dimensions, fill type and amount, slip covers or upholstered, and how many accent pillows we wanted. Our dream couch was finally in the works!Despite the challenge of supply chain issues and the late arrival of our couch (as with any other furniture store), we received five-star customer service throughout the entire experience. The team was very accommodating and excellent at communicating.We opted for slip covers to be able to easily wash and dry our cushions. With a white couch and two cats (and two clumsy adults), we can't take any chances. While at first terrifying, we have removed many stains successfully including chocolate, hairballs and miscellaneous food. This couch is definitely pet-owner approved! (Note: we mentioned that we had pets at the initial consultation and they suggested what fabric type would be best - would recommend doing the same if you have kids or pets!)We get compliments on our couch anytime we have company over on both it's appearance and comfort level. We always suggest CouchHaus to any friends or family looking for a new couch. High-quality couch without the big box furniture store markups. A worth-well investment in our books!

I went to the showroom yesterday and purchased my dream couch!!! I came ready with my measurements/pictures of my new apartment and Paige was SO knowledgeable about what would be best in the space. She walked me through every little detail to make sure the couch was exactly what I wanted. It was such a personalized experience which is exactly what you want when you are purchasing something as important as a couch. Thank you so much Paige, I can’t wait to receive my couch :)
