U-Haul Moving & Storage at 84th Ave

This location is very, very poor. I always face very harsh, rude, and totally ignorant staff on the front desk. They don't care about customers. And always ready for shut up call. I never want to visit this 84 king George uhaul branch, but unfortunately, uhaul call center told me the truck is only available there. Totally incompetent people on the job.

U-Haul made my already stressful move, ridiculously worse. And this location specifically was as unhelpful as you could possibly imagine.I booked, from this location, a 15' moving truck two weeks ahead of my moving date. I was supposed to pick it up at 9AM, and I needed to be moved out of my home by 1PM. Despite showing up at the U-Haul location 15 minutes early, I didn't get to talk with anyone until close to 9:20. When I finally did get to talk with someone, they informed me that they had changed my reservation to a different location. They said that they apparently texted me this info, but I have yet to see this text message. The only thing they had sent me previously was an email confirming my original confirmation before they had changed it.After this incredibly frustrating exchange, I went to the new location only to find out that they had also changed my reservation from 9AM to 4:45PM. An almost eight hour difference that they failed to tell me out. Ridiculous. After pleading with the woman behind the counter, she was finally able to get me a 10' truck (5-feet smaller than what I reserved) because someone who had previously booked it hadn't shown up for their reservation.By the time I was finally on the road with a truck, it was roughly 10:45AM. Almost two hour later than what was originally supposed to be, all while I still needed to be out of my place by 1PM. Because of how this entire situation was mishandled by U-Haul, I went from having four hours to move, to now having only two and having a smaller truck to do it.I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to absolutely anyone. And if anyone told me that they were thinking about using them, I'd suggest they choose literally any other place immediately.

I booked their truck till 04:30PM and staff at this location asked me to bring truck at 04:00PM or it i got late i have to pay 50 extra. I got my plans wasted and had to pay extra for moving fee, I rate their customer service 0 out of 10. I had rented U-Haul from other locations and their service was very good.

Easy pickup and drop off with zero hassle.Employees went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for success.If I had one complaint it would be that the 5x 8 trailer was actually smaller than 5x8 even outside measurements. That said it still did what I needed and the whole transaction was smooth. Easy location to hook up at and turn around.....mind you it was not busy while I was there.

It was a very nice experience with the U-haul moving and storage people were very organized and helpful.I could do my moving very easily.

Wish I could give these scammers a minus10. Book online,show up with your hired moving truck and they sold your reservation All within two hours of of callingm Happened at two different locations. They cost me over $700 and no apologies. Worst customer service ever.Avoid this trap

Answered the call within a minute. Not like other uhaul center, not responding to call all day. This place and vehicle was Nice and clean. Great customer service offered. Everything was on time. All type of vehicles available when you need. It was Every easy and quick to return the vehicle.

Walked-in for availability of Uhaul truck for rental. Fortunately we got one although it was weekend and busy time. Aryan was very quick with his paperwork and he aced in customer service at the front desk. Clean and convenient location. Pricing for truck rental was within our budget. We found the pickup and drop off of our rental vehicle very convenient. Will be using this location from now onwards.

One staff extremely helpful helped me to change my trailer tire. Cheers

Picking up and returning the vehicle was quick and easy. Only downside is the lack of parking. Mr. Virdi was very professional and helpful.
