Have used them three times for various appliances over the past two years, very pleased with the service. Prompt and professional on the phone, technicians always showed up at the appointed time and gave courtesy call shortly before arrival. Did only absolutely necessary repairs, reasonable prices and accurate invoicing.

The technician we dealt with was professional and efficient. She contacted her supervisor when she was uncertain and returned the next day with the correct parts. We were VERY pleased with every aspect of the service!! Very polite and helpful!!

Easy scheduling. Good communication. We had to order a part which did take a few weeks but the technician was able to get our machine to stay working while we waited. When the part arrived again prompt easy scheduling and efficient, polite service. Machine works well now.

They came and efficiently diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. Will definitely call them again, although I hope that I don't have to ;)

Awesome team, they replaced the broken glass cooktop and when they broke a small light indicator by accident they came back in a week and fixed that too. Highly recommend them.

My front burners were overheating and not cycling properly. A technician from Flash Repair came within days and assessed the situation. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and offered a simple solution. Once the required parts were available, another technician came and installed the parts. So far the burners are both functioning as they should. With the two visits and the cost of the parts it was rather pricey, but my stovetop hasn't worked this well in years. Highly recommended.

Flash Repair did a wonderful job repairing our fridge. The freezer and fridge area were no longer cooling and their technician quickly figured out we had a gas problem. He was able to refill the refrigerant and had the fridge cooling in no time. We were very impressed with the technician's service but also with the polite demeanour of everyone we spoke to on the phone as well. Would definitely recommend Flash!

I had a scheduled appointment for Monday jan 23 at 3 pm. They tech called at 11 :45 am to say she would be at my house in 20 mins. I didn’t get a response why she was a couple hours earlier then what I was told. I had to rush home. I paid 143.72 for her to tell me the electric board is not working and that it was bad that my washer wasn’t draining. I called them for help because my washer wasn’t draining. So I paid $143.72 for someone to be at my house for 15 mins just to tell me to wait for them to call me. To have another tech to come back and tell me why it’s not working? So I would have to pay again then pay for the parts and labour. Plus the tech came a few hours earlier even though I told her I wasn’t home. The appointment was for 3 pm not 11:30 am. That’s a big difference I feel I wasted my money. Thanks for nothing.

Had high expectations but a little disappointed.Wish they accepted cash so that we dont have to pay the taxes. Therefore it comes up to much more than 130$ plus extra cost for parts. Which I knew. I would have been happy to pay all that without the taxes.Second, the guys that came to install our dishwasher were professional, and knew what they were doing, and were on time.However, they left a mess on the counter. They inspected our drain pipes as there was a piece missing but did not close the pipe properly when they left. Luckily, I noticed the pipe was leaking which did cause a small puddle or else it would have been much worse and could have damaged our cabinets!I understand that they are not plumbers but if youre gonna touch someone else’s pipes, make sure it’s closed properly so that it doesnt leak.
