Recently I purchased a eternity band for my wife as we were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The ring I wanted was a custom order and one that needed to be shipped to the location. The size of the ring was a touch small for my wife but as I wanted this to be a surprise I ordered the ring. Alicia took care of EVERYTHING!! She was responsive to emails, allowed me to purchase the ring and even offered a return policy if the ring didn’t fit, remember this was a custom order. Alicia was professional, polite, responsive to my requests, emails and phone calls. The experience I had a Knar was second to none, all the staff were attentive as Alicia gift wrapped the ring and I felt welcome at the store.I really can’t tell you how impressed I was and am with the service I received. We will be back to purchase other jewelry at Knar and will always ask for Alicia to take care of all the details.Side note: I gave the ring to my wife, she LOVED it and it FIT like it was custom made for her. Thank you Knar and Alicia for making our 35th anniversary very special.

Today I did a hard task of having my deceased mothers jewellery looked at. Kran at Knars was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she go through every piece letting me know what was real and what wasn’t she listened to all my stories of my family. In the end I couldn’t believe when they told me there was no charge for the service which took almost an hour. Kiran and other staff were super friendly. I will go back for anything else I need such as appraisals, repairs and purchases.

10/10 experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Knar to anyone. I was blown away by their customer service. Very accommodating, I was very pleased with their selection and how knowledge the staff is. Kiran Ramola took care of me for many weeks as we discussed back and forth via emails and in person visits, she went over the moon to make sure I did not have to comprise on any details and I stayed within my budget for my purchase! 0 complaints, I will be back again. Knar blows competition out the water, I was truly impressed and it was a wonderful experience.

My (now) fiancé and I had an exceptional experience with Kiran at Knar in Guelph. Kiran helped me design a custom engagement ring and was able to incorporate all of the elements I had envisioned. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, and truly went out of her way to ensure we were within our budget and I would have a beautiful ring that would last a lifetime. The goldsmiths did an excellent job of bringing my vision to life. The final product of my ring exceeds my expectations, it is so beautiful and well crafted. We are so lucky to have worked with Kiran and the goldsmiths at Knar. They are amazing at what they do, and I would go back to them for future pieces in a heartbeat.

I bought an expensive watch from your store in 2017. I needed the battery replaced in 2019 and the cost was $33.10. The watch needed to be sent away (to maintain water resistance) to have battery changed. Now that the warranty has expired, you quoted me $190.00 for the same battery change service. Unreal and incredibly disappointing. If you are thinking of shopping at this store, do your research better, as once you have paid for your item(s) and you need future service with an expired warranty- you will be over charged for a simple service - and it apparently also takes two weeks to change a battery - no thank you -

I have found Greg to be a true gentleman with impeccable taste. John van der Kramer is an invaluable member of the Knar Team. John is a very accomplished designer of unique pieces of jewelry.John has designed two rings for me personally and created a bracelet incorporating a one of a kind ring. He designed a ring for my daughter which she treasures. The Knar goldsmiths are very fine craftspersons.In creating a ring for my partner, John brought in a selection of diamonds, coloured and cuts, from which we designed the final look. She loves it. In turn, her ring to me was in John's hands to try to satisfy a discerning customer. And it is truly unique!A lady friend of mine has always claimed that Knart pearls are some of the finest she has ever seen. Whether one wants original, grown or estate stones, of whatever colour or cut, Knar will not compromise on the quality of their products.
