Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Kolber was rude, arrogant, argumentative, refused care that I’ve received for nearly a decade from my family doctor who recently moved to Calgary. This has been hands down the worst experience at a clinic I’ve ever had. Do not go here if you value your health. Also refused to update my file stating he refused to give me my reqs. This doctor should retire, he is not in it for the health of patients.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I visited this clinic for the first time and this female doctor was the most uncooperative, unprofessional individual I’ve ever met. I can’t even name the doctor because she didn’t even introduce herself. Before I could even closed the door or sat down she said “ what are you here for”. I was shocked by the lack of respect and professionalism as I’ve never received this kind of service from other clinics.Throughout our conversation she lacked emotion and didn’t even let me speak about my own health issues. She disregarded my own experiences and made me feel like I wasn’t worth her time. Never again. If you are someone who wants even the slightest help or health service please avoid this clinic. They don’t care, they make you wait and they dismiss without even listening.

Worst doctors experience of my life.Had an appointment for 2:15 PM got there at 2:00 and was told to have a seat, an hour and 45 minutes pass and only then do I get called in, I get to the doctors room only to wait another 45 minutes just for the doctor to run in and take my temperature and leave, and another 30 minutes to be checked out and sent for bloodwork…I get my bloodwork done and wait for the doctor to call back for the results, a week passes and still nothing after I went in and asked for an update the receptionist said he will leave a note for him to call and still nothing. Not to mention the receptionist don’t even greet you they wait for you to talk to them.

Very impressed and thankful to the guy at the reception desk! He was able to get me in to see the doctor for a serious matter on very short notice. I can't thank him enough for helping me like that. I work in the medical field and it's hard to find people who will go above and beyond for someone like that. Especially without an appointment. Thank you! thank you! thank you!

My octogenarian parents were completely dismissed. The doctor did not introduce himself so they have no idea who he was. When my father complained about his back pain he didn't even look at him or feel anything on his back. Suggested painkillers and maybe some physio. My parents left and told me next time they would rather go to a vet because they would probably be better served.

Waited 1.5 hrs to see the doctor for a workplace injury exam. Doctor was unprofessional and very dismissive, I had to repeat myself 3 times for everything I said because each time before he would cut me off or ignore me. He was very rough with the physical exam and aggravated my injury. He very clearly was not interested in my wellbeing and was trying to rush through my exam. My exam report that I hand to my employer was not even accurate to my injuries because he did not listen to me and my symtpoms clearly. It's a shame when you see doctors like this. I do not recommend this clinicOnly positive was that reception and intake staff were lovely people.

Would not recommend. I’ve been dealing with a recurring UTI problem for three months now and have come in multiple times almost exclusively for it. The receptionist was the same for me each time and he was a gem, got me in multiple times even when it was appointment only and I had to walk in, and really cared about my well being. But the doctor? This man asks you three basic questions, prints a prescription, and shoos you away like you’re bothering him. The last time I came in he already had my prescription ready, which happened to be for the same antibiotics he’d been prescribing me in the previous months. If you know anything about UTIs then you know that the bacteria can grow resistant to treatment, and from there require a change in antibiotics. But this man just keeps prescribing me the same thing that’s not working and hoping that it’ll work. He does not know what he’s doing, especially when it comes to women’s health. I definitely won’t be coming here again

Calling it a walk-in clinic is highly misleading. I was turned away (April 2023) and told they have been ‘by appointment only’ since the pandemic. When I asked if they could suggest a different clinic, they had no advice to offer.

This place has the worst waiting time. They book several people at the same time. Youget to see the doctor 2 hours after the time of your appointment. The staff won’t even care. I was bringing my son for an appointment Their answer to me after I complained about waiting more than an hour after well you should send your son to medical school. UnacceptableOnly two people from the staff are friendly, Sam and Ashley.The rest seems like they are being forced to work, so patients are the least of their concern.

I was here tonight and I was pretty disappointed… the receptionist was really nice and listened to all of symptoms and concerns. When seeing the doctor however, I told him my symptoms and how sick I was, I even began to cry. He told me my chest was clear and that I’ll be okay by Monday. He told me to take Advil and I began to cry as I felt unheard. My chest has been so full of phlegm to the point where I am choking on it during class. He didn’t comfort me or reassure me at all when he saw me upset, instead he left.
