I called them because the drain in the older house I worked in was clogged and not draining at all. The sewer had backed up and the bathroom water and washing machine water were backing up into basement. They unclogged the pipe and fixed the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

It was Sunday night and our sewer backed up. No one would come to service our issue. We had to get it resolved as we have a house full of young children. One company was kind enough to recommend them as they just got new ownership. They were at our home within 20 minutes!!!! The gentleman worked hard and fast to resolve our issue. Not only that he let us know we were able to submit our costs to the city as it was due to their tree. We are soooooo grateful and so impressed at the incredible service!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Kyle from Mel’s sewer fixed my problem after another company told me that they fix. Kyle found a root in my pipe that the other company missed.Mel’s was more expensive but they actually fixed it

I really liked the old owner. Unfortunately the new guy isn’t that great. He made a mess of grey water in my basement and tracked it through my house. I won’t be using now that Mel is no longer there.
