Service rep on phone was courteous and professional. She was able to send a service technician out right away. He was professional, knew his job and got our sewer blockage cleared quickly. Tim gave us pertinent info as to where the blockage was on the line and left the site as tidy as he found it. It is always good working with Roto-Rooter employees.

Miguel came out to do multiple plumbing jobs in our three bathrooms. I was happy with every step of the process. After my initial email inquiring about the cost, I got a phone call in about 3 minutes. And then I was booked for a free quote, and then service. Everything was on time, the work was flawless, and because of the way my countertop on my bathroom sink was built, he had to come back for a second day, but I wasn't charged anything extra.

Excellent service. Adam was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the extra effort in ensuring that our carpet was not stained during the work (brought drop cloth and papers to lay on our carpet). Our main sewer line cleanup is surrounded by carpet. Excellent service!

The repairman that came to fix our shower cartridge & water tubknob was good & professional. HOWEVER, the company takes advantage of customers & overcharges! Paid WAY too much to have a $50 shower/tub part replaced & installed! Do NOT hire this company unless you are willing to spend too much money. I recommend people try to research & find the tub parts & replace (if possible) the parts yourself.

I'm having my foundation repaired and that company asked that i call Roto Rooter because they found a root in the piping. Roto Rooter was able to get a tech out within a couple hours. Unfortunately, upon tech's arrival we quickly found we needed someone with a camera. They sent a 2nd tech, Adam, on the same day - and didn't charge for the 1st tech. Adam was able to scope and mark the pipes very quickly. Overall the service was great from start to finish and I would highly recommend them.
