So the market is cooling off the highs are gone. Don’t tell Rooz Zare and associates that. We were happy to work with Rooz on our recent listing. Understanding the market was cooling we wanted to sell as soon as possible. We agree on a list price and surprisingly there were 12 showings over the first weekend.
