We called Gunning back in 2019 when we felt hopeless with the rodent issue we were experiencing. He came out quickly.. and got rid of the problem quicker than we could've dreamed of. We continue to use his preventative services, and just recently had the one-way-door system installed on our shed.Prices are very reasonable.. and his customer service is amazing, which is a breath of fresh air living in a time where that's hard to come by.He's always friendly when he comes, and seems to care.Highly recommend.

I was in a state of panic when I called Gunning Wildlife Removal & Pest Control this morning, Lisa who answered the phone was so friendly and reassuring. She gave me advice and reassurance. Within an hour John came to my house and did a full assessment. He quickly came up with a plan of action. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions & gave us good advise. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service they gave us. I told John that he is Woodstock's local super hero and I sincerely appreciated him coming to my rescue !The service John & Lisa gave us was above & beyond - doing business with local business owners is a win win for everyone.Update: Follow up visits are so important!After my initial visit from John, I am happy to say that peace was quickly restored to my home and now I am no longer afraid to go about my house worried that unwanted critters will be lurking in the shadows waiting to surprise me.John came by today for my first follow up visit and checked the bait stations in & around my home. To my surprise, he confirmed that 2 of the 3 of them had been almost emptied ! This was my reminder that just because I don't hear or see the critters, it doesn't mean they are not present ! John tells me that thanks to the bait, after one lick they will be dead within 24 hours.This was my confirmation of the importance of keeping the protection topped up.
