Before I moved in to my new apartment, I called this cleaning crew and they did an excellent job cleaning the entire place. I got more excited to move into a cleaner place. The staff came prepared, and each was organized, efficient, polite, and communicative. I'll hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.

They did a great job cleaning my apartment! I needed a last minute cleaning and I remembered that a friend had recommended them a few weeks back. The customer service / office management was amazing. They did their best to find a spot for me. A cleaning professional came about 2 hours later. The lady put special attention to the areas I requested and made sure to carry out the same quality cleaning throughout the apartment. Her job was amazing! I believe she even did more than what I requested from her. Very reliable company! Book them!

Kelowna House Cleaning Pros did the job on time. We gave them a tour of the home before explaining each location's issues. After they were done, we checked everything and cleaned all spots that needed cleaning. The entire crew was excellent. Even parts we didn't ask them to clean and organize were professionally done. Definitely use them again.

We contacted this cleaning team after a couple of bad cleaning experiences from other services here at Kelowna. I am very happy to say that this team provided excellent service, which made us pleased. They absolutely provided me their cleaning checklist and went above my expectations. FYI, their service is also great for vacation rental hosts who struggle with time and cleaning. They are cleaning for us these past few months and I haven't seen any negative traits about them.

When I contacted, the crew listened carefully to what I needed for my apartment's final cleaning. She explained the terms of service and eliminated any unexpected costs. The cleaning crew worked quickly and courteously. There's no need to discuss this any further. Easily, they cleaned the apartment. Their attention to detail pleased me as well. I couldn't have cleaned as well as they did. This cleaning service has my unequivocal recommendation.
