was trying to find chips in the chip isle and we got kicked out for standing for 10 seconds, on top of that my friend was injured from slipping on the unsalted sidewalk. worst customer service.

Since I have come to work at this location. I have more of an idea of some of the obstacles when working in a convenience store. They sometimes may not be perfect but are trying to give everyone great food and service. Don’t underestimate them.

Good deals on items. I like the point system. But please find someone to work the night with a lot less attitude and who is a bit more pleasant than the one currently there. I don't spend $40 on multiple products and expect to receive attitude the way I did. I'm a pleasant person so it was completely unjustified.

NO STARS. The level of incompetence is staggering.. they handle food poorly, wait times are long because non of the staff understand anything past scan the item take the money.. I asked them please redeem my PC points and apply them to my gas purchase." and I was met with blank surprised stares with mouths open. after several minuets I am replied with we only do 10c a Litter.. I replied thats fine I'd want that applied to how many litters I get for my cash. they still did not understand and they did was take my money and scan my card and no points were redeemed.. all of this after waiting behind a line of people waiting to have their pump fixed because the staff didnt know how to properly operate their tablet behind the counter."

The grumpy employee, you know who you are challenging/arguing with customers on what they ask for, then telling them they are wrong having them repeat everything!

7Delivery order. Chicken wings and taquitos were boxed with plastic bag tied so tight that everything was soggy. Wings tasted horrible. Won't get hot food from that location again. Yes, I know... it's 7-11 chicken, but with that being said how do you screw it up? Star given for the DoorDash delivery driver who was very friendly.

Don't buy food. Food timers are not used hot food is often kept for 2-3x it's actual shelf life. The grill and the warmer aren't cleaned properly at least 5 out of 7 nights. I would regularly find 1-5 day old taquitos and hot dogs on the catch tray of the warmer or down in front of the warmer. Chili and cheese is often left in too long creating hard chunks in both the chili and the cheese. I have watched the female night employee change the dates on the expired condiments rather then changing the condiment in the bottle multiple times. The manager uses considerably expired condiments. had the manager tell me to leave 6 hour old taquitos on the grill for the night shift person who wasn't coming in for 2 more hours so she could try selling them on her shift. The Manager bragged about giving a customer a sandwich that expired the day before as a free item and telling off the customer when they phoned to complain. Do NOT BUY FOOD HERE AS FOOD SAFTEY PRACTICES ARE NOWHERE CLOSE TO BEING UP TO COMPANY STANDARDS!!! OH and there is a 5 star review in here that this aforementioned manager left herself.

Rude night shift employee. Two different times I've been here one back in August and one last week same guy was soooo rude. Throws your items at you and yells at customers I'm surprised he is still hired there I will never return made me feel very uncomfortable.

I have had it up to here with Doug (the nighttime worker!!! At this location! He is so rude unprofessional, has a major attitude problem and is downright disrespectful!!! If something doesn't change about this soon then I will not shop at your location and I will go as far as reaching head office to have this resolved.
