Was told at the retail store that i can't exchange my water jugs and can't have my deposit back for my 7 water jugs. That's $70 they just stole from me.

The service was always good as long as Albert was delivering water and not the owner, but apparently Canadian Kool Water sold some of their customers to another company...but forgot to tell the customers. Would have been nice to know since we prepaid and have 25 bottles of water left to get!
