I had an over all great experience, having my Honda Civic repaired.Lisa and Liz were really helpful and friendly. My car was repaired quickly and they even detailed/cleaned the outside of it.I was provided with a rental car in the meantime without any issues.They also did a really good job on the repairs itself.By far best place to have your repaired.

As usual, outstanding, consistent service! I've visited CARSTAR a handful of times in my 14 years living in Victoria. The service is always excellent. The workmanship is great. And my car always comes back spotless which is an added bonus. And they went above and beyond finding a paint pen for me that matches my car's paint to take home for a little parking ding. Shout out to Steve and Liz for taking care of all of the details. You two are just excellent.

Pick-up date was delayed twice by a total of 3 days, and no loaner vehicles were available at any time for the duration of the repairs. The office staff were nice.Edit: review was initially 3 stars, but I reviewed dashcam footage and employees were unprofessional and making fun of my vehicle.

Absolutely amazed with the professionalism of the office staff and highest quality of repairs done by their techs. They put me in a courtesy car while my truck was in the shop. The repairs were done so quickly, I couldn't believe it. My Toyota 4runner looks amazing, I could not tell it was ever in an accident. I have never been treated so well by any business I've ever dealt with. I will never take my Vehicle anywhere else for body or paint repairsThanks Again Pre Tech!

Terrible customer service. Parked here and made a few steps to confirm I was at the right place and a man stepped out to shout at me to say I can't park here. Didn't believe I had an appointment and was not pleasent as he gave 'beware the wrath of of the insurance god' opinion about the damage to my car. Gave me terrible anxiety! They may do good work, but as for being pleasent, nope!

I had an insurance claim for paint and body repair. We had previously used Pre Tech and were always very happy with their work. This latest visit to their business was more of the same. From the people in the office who were very helpful and very organized to the quality of the work on my truck, it was great. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Great experience. A tree fell on my truck and it needed a new roof, with some other dents that needed repair. Working with aluminum can be difficult, but CARSTAR nailed it. My truck looks brand new. What else can I say? No complaints. Ethan and the rest of the team are courteous and kept me informed of the progress throughout the repairs. They even detailed the inside of my truck (which was a disaster). If you're looking for a great auto body shop with the 100% solution, then choose CARSTAR. You can't go wrong.
