Crossroads Animal Hospital

We had to take our beautiful 18 year old girl for end of life procedure as an emergency on Sunday Feb 5. She declined quickly and was in a lot of pain. It was heartbreaking and shattering for us especially this came on so sudden. I was worried because Crossroads was not our veterinary clinic but was the one on call. We were so thankful and grateful for the end of care of the veterinarian on call. Sorry, emotions were high so I don’t know your name. Thank you for being gentle, compassionate and caring during an extremely stressful and most difficult time in our lives. Grateful for your care to our beautiful beloved girl.

We have been with Crossroads since our boy Wheeler was a pup. Sadly just recently at almost 15 years old we had to make the tough decision to let him go. Our boy had a tough week leading up to this decision and I can’t say enough about the staff for always making room to get him in to be looked at. Dr. Manson did his best to try and turn Wheeler around but it was not to be. The day we made the decision Dr. Brandt was amazing guiding us through the process. The reception team was amazing as well. When I picked up his ashes today I was floored to find an incredible paw print keepsake and very nice card. It is truly heartbreaking losing a fur baby but the team at Crossroads made it a little bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! One day when we are ready to open our hearts to another fur baby we will for sure be using Crossroads.

Very friendly with our senior cat. He is very shy, but layed on his side exposing his belly in our first appointment....it took 2 months after us adopting him for that honor! Jordy was very comfortable with the amazing staff here.

Even with Covid 19 precautions in place, Dr. Jazmeen was still thorough, informative and took time to discuss our animals. We've been coming here over three years and are always pleased with the Vets and Support Staff. Highly recommended for all your pet's needs from beginning, and sadly, to end.

The people working here are so nice. Raegan has a way with animals, she made my dog super comfortable. Thanks to all the staff, and the Dr. that provided above and beyond service.

Amazing staff! They were all caring, gentle and kind to myself and my cat. They made the experience as good as it could be for a scared pet and owner. I appreciate them very much!

Our 3 year old dog, became very ill, very quickly. We had called 7 vet clinics and none had time to see her despite her severe symptoms. (Our original vet clinic didn’t have the testing capabilities that were needed) Crossroads got us in within a couple hours- and a diagnosis in an hour.They kept us updated that evening and next day, and even came in off hours to let us pick her up when she had improved. We were given very clear instructions on her meds and diet restrictions.So thankful to Dr. Ramos Rojas and the clinic support staff.

We had Dr Alma Ramos for our appointment today with our large breed dogs and were pleased with our visit. Our dogs were happy too. The front staff, tech and Dr were all welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

Took our 3 month old puppy for check up and vaccinations. Friendly staff and informative vet.

My dogs are treated so well here. Henry had an ear infection and needed his ears flushed. The Crossroads Animal Hospital took the time to make sure he was comfortable before treating him and explained how to treat him at home. When we went back for his one year check he was given a detailed nose to tail check-up". And he was very comfortable because they took the time to make that important connection with him.
