FIRST ONSITE Property Restoration

First Onsite was tge preferred vendor of our insurance company. A water pipe broke resulting in extensive water damage. First Onsite quickly and efficiently removed the damaged flooring and gyprock. The restoration was a little slow to get started but once they did start they did a good job

Couldn't ask for a more responsive, professional and courteous restoration crew!

Had damage done from construction from my neighbor so first on-site restoration came to fix the damages They did it in a timely manner and they were very professional and courteous couldn’t ask for anything better Antonio and Anna are one fantastic team And thank you AlanThe boss kudos to you all I am very happy and if anything ever happens that I need restoration first on site will get my number one approval they rock thank you

If it was possible to rate lower than 1 star I would.Been a complete nightmare. 2 months of them leaving a room with no insulation on an outer wall. Multiple attempts to reach them. project manager Ann is inconsiderate and never reply’s to texts or calls after telling us workers were coming and then no showed atleast 7 times. Loss of wages is waiting for them multiple times.Always excuses. Left the room unfinished by the date they confirmed it would be complete.Had a fan on while sanding, which in turn led to my whole house full of mud dust.Painted part of the wall a different color.Supposed to clean up their drywall yesterday but it still sits out front with no response from their project manager AGAIN.Impossible to get a hold of any manager higher up- so if someone does see this please reach out. This is unacceptable.

Both of our showers were leaking into the kitchen and FirstOnSite came to rescue us. The damage being extensive, I thought we were in for a painful few weeks (months?)! Darryl and all his employees were on it! Respectful, easy to communicate with, and professional. I highly recommend this company. The work done was high quality and they did all they could to finish quickly with as little disruption as possible to our lives.

This company will not pay their bill and keep giving us the run around.They tried to pay the bill with an expired credit card back in January.The only way to get them to return phone calls is to pretend to have a leaky hot water tank.We responded to their emergency in less than an hour, but we've been waiting for 5 months for them to pay their bill.

The company dealt with the initial problem promptly. Since then they are working on our house restoration after water damage under management of project manager Antonio Unger, and they are doing thorough work. Antonio communicates with us and restoration is on schedule. We recommend this company as highly professional in all aspects.

If I could give less than one star, I would!These people have no business operating in this industry. I would not hire these people to demo a dog house. Their project managers couldn't organize a sock drawer!Their workers didn't read an asbestos report and demo'd the wrong room and filled my house with asbestos.Run far and run fast from this company!
