Emailed them to setup a time and received an email back ,All in cap letters stating Cindy can only make appointments over the phone." I think Cindy should reply to their emails too!They took the time to explain everything in response my review but not to me in their email. Very unprofessional"

We recently had our wood burning fireplace cleaned, and are very pleased with the service provided. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our fireplace never looked so clean.

We've been at our new house for 8 months now and we've taken our time making renovation decisions. Don was very patient and helpful while we figured out what we wanted to finally do. Jason and James did an excellent job and went above and beyond doing us a very much needed favour getting something down from the roof. The price I was quoted way back when we first moved in was the price I paid. We love the insert, thanks Don and crew!

We love these guys, they are very professional, extremely friendly, and love the fact they show up right on time. The service is beyond great we have them take care of our fireplaces for 5 or six years now and they never disappoint.Thank you everyone

Great friendly service . My 2nd year having them service my woodstove. They replace only what is needed and tell you in advance. Old fashioned service is hard to still find.

Excellent service. Two incredibly friendly men came to do our chimney.It was our first time (we have just moved in) and they explained issues we had with the chimney, gave suggestions and tips on the best way to fix them and did a wonderful job getting our chimney winter ready.Can’t recommend this company more!

The Chimney sweep guys are super professional and friendly team. I have had number of issues with other companies trying to clean my old chimney but Jason Kindly completed the job and provided vert helpful feedback. Love them!
