The direction I was given on where the lab was located, right down to where to park was amazing perfection.Inside was filled with friendly attentive staff!My appointment was for 3:05pm and I was out by 3:30pm. The technicians name escapes me now but we were chatting the whole time. Very pleasant experience! Thanks very much to all the staff at the Lab, WELL DONE and Thank you for all that you do.CheersJL

I got an appointment immediately. Minimal wait time at the clinic.Friendly staff. Efficient technician. Technician explained process clear and precise. Great experience.

The parking was alittle hard to find at first. Other than that the place is very clean and social distancing policy is followed. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I didnt have to wait long for my appointment

I found the receptionist to be very patient as I watched her welcome new clients. Both times I went there staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I was shown to the procedure room at the appointment time but then waited 15 minutes with no one arriving to start. I called the reception desk to ask if someone was coming to start the ultrasound. I was told that they would be right there. I waited another 5 minutes for the technician to arrive. There was no apology for their lateness. Throughout the 20 minute procedure the technician had at least 5 bouts of extreme coughing/hacking and I was getting concerned (even though we were both masked.) In a clinic setting like this where clients are more likely to be compromised, staff should stay home if they are not well.

Front desk staff not very friendly and parking is a nightmare (seriously, don't drive here!!), but the actual clinic itself is GREAT. I had a patient, friendly and approachable technician who was very thorough in the testing. Not to mention, I got an appointment within two days, compared to the month and a half at the hospital.
