Then we reached out for his service again late last year when my husband and I decided to sell it in order to upgrade to a bigger place.SELL: Noel Yii and Ivan Lung helped us prepare our condo to be listing ready. As parents with young kids, this is quite hard to implement within a set timeline but they helped us along the way. They got us organized, linked us to service providers who can help prepare our condo unit for showing i.e. painting, disposal and moving services and set realistic timeline of expected activities with us. They looked after our interest during offer/negotiation stage that we were able to sell our place at a good price and within a fair timeframe.
