Terrible service, went to get taxes early this year and had everyone tax slips in hand and i had everything I needed and dropped them off in April. Called a few weeks later, no response, then she finally called back and said I'm missing documents, my family members were slso missing documents (mind you she had our tax information for a few weeks at this point) I told her NVM because if she's to busy to do my taxes I will take my business elsewhere where, and that's what we didNow fast forward to today, she calls my father saying she will file his taxes today etc, I called I TOLD her that he is taken care off and not to bother as these were filed in June. She obviously does not know how to run a business

Dropped off my t4's first week of April and I have called and left messages upon messages, knocked on the door several times, left notes in their mail slot....no one has ever gotten back to me. Contacted CRA, my income tax return has not been filed!!!DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!
