LAW & ORDERS PEMBROKE

Have been to Law & Orders in bigger cities and pretty excited to have them here in the Valley. After trying both the petawawa location and Pembroke l couldn’t be more impressed with the consistency of the service as well as the food. The young lady at the cash yesterday was extremely personable and made some great recommendations, she was also very polite and welcoming. I never once felt out of place or rushed to make a decision which is important to a lot of people especially when it could be their first time trying it.The food has been superb every time, the burgers are by far the best I’ve had in the valley. The ingredients always taste fresh and you can tell time and effort goes into the preparation of every order. Portion sizes are above and beyond what I’m used to around here, I usually have a hard time finishing all the fries after a burger. Got a poutine instead of regular fries and I was not disappointed! Gravy was on point and HOT enough that it had no problems melting the abundance of cheese curds that went from top to bottom of the container.Owner was on site and was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. The staff from the cashier to the cook all showed professionalism and passion for what they do and I feel like that’s an extremely important part of working in the food industry if you want to be successful.Overall 10/10.I’d recommend this place to anyone without hesitation, so happy to have access to good food without having to drive all the way to Ottawa. I will be back to try that pizza I’ve been hearing so much about !!!!

I've visited twice now, and ordered two fairly standards burgers, fries, and a poutine. No complaints with either item, all very delicious and I will certainly return when the craving strikes. Staff at the Pembroke location have all been really fantastic and friendly!Only small suggestion is to improve the gluten-free bun, as it unfortunately isn't very tasty. (Review by a celiac). Though it's understandable when it likely isn't a big seller.

This was our first time ordering from law & orders. We had several different orders from a group of about 12 people. Our order alone was $70. Not complaining about the price, just about the the fact that you must ask for every little item when ordering. The food was tasty. Make sure to ask for a toasted bun when ordering gluten-free, otherwise you will have a crumbling mess! Several people ordered poutine but no one got forks. Hot dogs, fries and onion rings were ordered and no offer of condiments. All in all, it will probably be my first and last time at this establishment only due to the fact that the proprietors weren't thinking of the customers when handing over sloppy gravy, cheese and fries without offering cutlery or at least letting them know where to help themselves to cutlery!

I would really like to give a much better review since the first law and orders burger i ate was the best burger I ever had from a restaurant. I have only ordered 4 times so take it for what it is, but my last 3 orders have shown that first order to be a fluke. With the burgers since that having patties that are burnt to a crisp on the outside and dry on the inside.The above avg price of these burgers is reasonable if they are cooked right, but definitely not worth risking getting a burger with patties that are that far gone.

10/10 experience. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the burgers were delicious! And the FRIES..fresh, hot, chip wagon style French fries. I'd recommend you check out a Law&Orders near you.

I got a rippho burger. I don't think a human heart should be able to handle what I am in the process of eating right now. You will find my dead body in the parking lot at becker's. Cause of death heart attack. Hands down the best hamburger I've ever had in my life.

I am super happy with the food. I have been on the hunt for the type of fries they serve for years and haven't found any other in the area. The fresh-cut quebec style fries are so good! they're soft with a little hint of sweetness. You can't get them anywhere else. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was good too, but the fries are something to write home about!

Easy 5 stars. Best smash burger since I've had since In n Out' burger. Their fries are also hand cut
