HHHS Minden

I was in the Minden ED on Friday of the May long weekend. I was having heart problems. The staff were wonderful. The nurses were very kind, caring, very gentle. Thank you.

My 2 year old son had to take an ambulance ride last night to the Minden Hospital. The paramedics that picked him up were sweethearts, he had so much fun in the ambulance. The nurses at the hospital took such good care of him, singing to him, keeping him smiling, entertained, and as distracted as they could. It was a very quick visit compared to other emergency rooms I have been in. I appreciate the staff so much for how well they took care of my boy and for a first ambulance ride and hospital visit he had an absolute blast because of them!

Been here 3 times this past year. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Best experiences at a hospital...ever.Dr. Fiddler is amazing. His beside manners are 2nd to none.We all need to stand together to keep this place open and available to all that need it.Cheers

Brought my daughter into the ER and triage nurse not wearing a mask and another patient refused to wear mask properly. I thought it was still mandatory to wear masks in hospitals?Other then that they treated my daughter very well.

Was there on Sunday morning because of some poor decisions that I made. Corey, the nurse in the Emergency Department is an absolute saint. Thank you for all your help. A big shout out to the paramedics as well. I'm sorry I didn't catch your names.

Minden Hospital ER saved my Hubby, the quick work of the Dr sent him to Peterborough Hospital for a much needed stent. Thank God his expertise caught the problem. The nurses and Drs there are amazing

Arrived with a mangled knee requiring many stitches - and on a Saturday in June (expecting the worst in terms of crowds). I was 'next' and Triage sat me down briefly after the obligatory covid questions. DIdn't wait long for a Doctor who did stitches like embroidery - a superlative job + glue and an entertaining conversation. The nursing staff were really nice and in great moods, clearly enjoying their jobs. I may never go near a Toronto hospital again! Highly recommended!

My husband had to go to Emerg yesterday due to a broken rib. The treatment he received was amazing from start to finish. From the triage nurse, x-ray department to the treating physician Dr. D Fiddler was amazing. His beside manner was fantastic and his thorough assessment of my husband's health status went above and beyond.Thank you to all at our wonderful little hospital.

We visited Emergency today with our daughter. It was our first visit to this hospital as we just moved to a town near by and our experience was amazing. Willow (my daughter is also named Willow!) greeted us at the door and was so friendly and kind and helpful. She made my daughter and my husband and I feel so welcome which is so refreshing and appreciated in a situation like an emergency room. We were taken in immediately and the staff we encountered were all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Mcclennan was kind and efficient. She gave my daughter the medication needed and answered all our questions. Thank you Dr. Mcclennan. We are grateful for the wonderful experience.
