Awesome experience, start to finish. I rented a mini excavator (bobcat e10) for a day. Early delivery, early pickup. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We will be using rental guys again soon.

All done over the phone by a wonderful polite & very knowledgeable lady. So quick & easy. Prices good value and my son & wife are keen for this weekend to do our painting on a scaffolding high section of the room. Thank you guys.

Used The Rental Guys for the first time, all personal I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I rented a smaller bobcat for excavation of a sidewalk and they called me the morning of delivery to see if I wanted to postpone and it was a rainy day, most thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely use them again

Rented a drywall lift from the Calgary location. Picked it up and dropped off myself as I live outside the city and didn’t want to pay $150 delivery. To arrange the pickup is a bit cumbersome as the option is not available online, had to contact and figure out how that can be done (you need to have ship location address set to their location and leave a note that it is a pickup when ordering online). This could definitely use improvement.Still, the lift was in great shape, service friendly and helpful. Will do business again.

Friendly accommodating staff, easiest online ordering for rental equipment I have seen (except entering your postal code 9 hundred times, hah). And the best part are the reasonable equipment rates.

Excellent chat online then prompted me to book. Used Home Depot last year but exchange rates too high and customer services has changed and not returning calls! Thank you RG and hoping all goes well with delivery etc.Update.... delivery was excellent, in the morning (we risked it arriving anytime and it was perfect) - before our dirt and sod arrived. Excellent service, clean and pickup was smooth. Would recommend to anyone that's doing their own project!

Can’t say enough! From the very beginning the online chat was knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me choose the right machine and completed the booking for me.I received a follow up text with contact details from the owner thanking me for my small business support.Luckily I had the text contact as my landscaper was in a car accident and the owner took my call after 7pm on a Sunday night. There was no hesitation from him to cancel my booking and refund my order immediately.The professionalism is commendable!Chris, thank you and your team. You will have all my referrals and my business!

Very poor experience. We are an earthworks contractor that deals with many rental companies and this was by far my worst experience to date. Few things that really turned me off, 7am-5pm" delivery window was the only option

Our community association rented a sod cutter and a small excavator from The Rental Guys to plant a dozen or so trees in Sept 2022. We picked them because they had competitive prices and the free delivery meant no hidden costs or struggling to find a way to get the equipment to site (both of which are big deals to us, as we're a non-profit run by volunteers!)The booking process online was easy to manage and the staff were really helpful in helping us make sure we picked equipment that would fit the job.The equipment was delivered clean and in great condition so we felt comfortable that they were well maintained.My only concern" was that the delivery window is a bit vague and we ended up sitting around waiting for things to show up

From one small business owner to another, thank you!! The rental guys were awesome and i’ll be using them any time I need an equipment rental for my painting projects. Not only do they have the best prices, but they’re super easy to use since you can reserve your rental online. I had a question after 5pm and called the office, and was expecting to leave a voicemail but the owner, Chris, answered right away and was super helpful in answering my questions. I called the office the day of, and they were able to give me a general idea of when the lift would be delivered. The person who delivered the rental gave me an hour and 15 minutes notice of when it would be delivered, and I had plenty of time to get to my site to meet them, and I was able to give my painters notice of when they should arrive (instead of having them stand around). Thank you for your awesome service!!! Super appreciative and happy with this business!!!
