It's usually pretty busy when I shop at BBW, but the store is kept very clean and organized. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful (maybe too helpful sometimes, it would be nice to shop without being asked multiple times if I need assistance). The cashier process usually goes pretty quickly, even when there is a long line. But please, oh please, stop asking for my email every time I shop. Overall it's a great store!

The nicest bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would definitely recommend shopping here. And you should check out the new store in Bower mall, so much to look at with the same great service.

I enjoyed coming to this store a lot. One of the workers, I think her name is Nevaeh, was very helpful. She helped me get all the stuff I was looking for and was very kind about it. Great business and will be coming there more and more for all my bath purchases!

Great helpful staff, just watch and pick a customer so 4 people are not bothering the shopper. I was a store retail manager. We had a 5 second rule. If someone enters you greet and leave them alone unless they have questions. That worker should be taking care of me, not having 3-4 other staff bothering me. That was also a rule, stick to the customer, not right beside but close incase the shopper needs help. If I say no to a bag twice, don't keep bothering me please. Thank you. Great store, great sales also!
