Emailed the website for a quote and was responded to almost immediately with a number to contact. I contacted the number and to my surprise I was responded to very quickly and efficiently.My wife and I set up a date to have our clean done today and with the pricing discussed and what needed to be done it was all as smooth can be.Arrival was time promised and communication and details to clean were great!! Will definitely be setting up a bi-weekly service with Ferosh and his wonderful team!!!

I made the call to have my rental property cleaned and I got a very quick response for a quote and the work needed. 2 days later they were able to fit me in and I am very happy with the work done! I've been through a couple cleaning companies so I can really appreciate a job well done. I will 100% be using gentle clean janitorial in the future, these guys are extremely quick to respond, professional and most importantly they do a really thorough job.

I usually never leave google reviews but.. I had no hope for the rental unit that I was getting cleaned as I hired other cleaners and the unit looked the same every time. I used gentle clean janitorial for the first time, and all I can say is I’m amazed… the unit looks absolutely refreshed! It looks exactly how it did when I first renovated it! Gentle Clean Janitorial did an amazing job in preparing a home my family had rented out for 10 years and had just sold. Very easy communication. Walkthroughs are free and Frosh really knows his thing. The arrangement was very casual with the option to prolong services. Always ready to get back at you to answer a question.The result was great. Walls and carpets which I underlined as priority were understood. I would definitely use this service again. Our house's beauty was restored and the photos for our house listing after the clean were amazing! 17 year old home turned brand new. Thank you for such an amazing experience! I had called around looking for a cleaning crew because of a failed apartment inspection. Ferosh came by with Taylor and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The crew of 4 including Ferosh, Taylor, PJ and Ellie were absolutely incredible. They had great insight and a great work ethic. They worked with me continuously to ensure that whatever they did, I would or could approve. Never any complaints on their part doing things which I had thought were well beyond their work. ALWAYS, professional, polite, communicative and a joy to be around. They were here for over 6 hours and their hard labour definitely showed. The organization, the care in which they did their job was absolutely incredible. This could be an understatement. No job too big for them including doing work that I should have done myself. Joyous, happy, concerned, detailed orientated and above all the absolute best cleaning crew that everyone SHOULD have the opportunity to experience at least once. Not only did they save my apartment, but they gave me a new mindset on how to keep it clean and organized. The best experience ever!

I hired Gentle Clean Janitorial to do bi-weekly cleans in my house and I couldn't be happier. They are very accommodating in regards to time and even met in the evening to do our initial walk through. They use natural cleaning products and bring all their own necessities to get the job done. I have dark finishes in the bathrooms that show streaks very easily, everything is spotless including my tile floor throughout which tends to show everything! I would highly recommend Gentle Clean for all cleaning needs. Job well done!
