Can't say enough how helpful and personable Ken was during our home inspection. Like many buyers, we ended up waiving the inspection to win the house and accepted the risks of that. We followed along throughout the inspection and Ken was super thorough and patiently answered all the questions we could think of about our new home. His knowledge and experience is very apparent in how he explained each system in our house, pros/cons and what to watch out for. His integrity and kindness really came through as we spent the inspection with him and he was clear and careful with his recommendations. (Thank you to the kind and helpful scheduler too!! Absolutely every single part of the inspection process was a breeze thanks to Minnesota Home Inspectors. From the moment Kenny’s wife answered the phone I was put at ease and a very hectic process became easy. When Kenny showed up to do the inspection he was incredibly easy to work with and professional. He took the time to explain every issue and how every issue tied together into the integrity of the house. He was meticulous and even discovered a dangerous issue with our water heater that 2 inspectors before him missed.Truly a great experience and team. I highly recommend Minnesota Home Inspectors. Ken was very thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable about the potential cost of repairs. He was very encouraging of any question I had and answered in an easily understood way. As the inspection unfortunately revealed some pretty concerning problems early into the process, he even offered to end it early with a reduced rate. I think this clearly demonstrates his professionalism and desire for his customer to get the best value. I hope to use him in the future on property that turns out less problematic.

Ken did a new home inspection for me and my family today. Ken is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He encouraged me to attend the inspection (which I did) and he talked me through all steps of his process. Ken was very quick to respond. His inspection report is professional and well laid out with pictures and descriptions for anyone to easily read. (Along with very fair prices) I will definitely be using him again for any future home inspections.

The great service started with the office manager. Online appointment requests were easy to do, and the office manager responds to your request immediately.The advice on what inspections to include was also helpful.Ken, the inspector, was incredible and so knowledgeable. I truly feel like he had my best interest in mind. He paid attention to a lot of key details.My mother who is not easy to please, was very happy with his work. Therefore, I know he did a great job!He is a very easy going and amiable person as well, so he made a 3 hour inspection a pleasant time spent.

Ken is a very knowledgeable home inspector. He takes the time to educate you about the home your purchasing. He was professional and thorough. I can’t begin to explain how incredibly through Ken is. He went through every inch of my property with an incredible eye to detail. Because of Ken (and the recommended video sewer inspection) we were able to uncover a 13,000 sewer issue, ungrounded outlets and several other “hidden issues”. His reports are extremely detailed and easy to read. He also let me accompany him on the inspection and answered all my questions. Ken did a great job on a home I purchased 8 months ago. He was very thorough, took his time, and made sure to answer all of my questions along the way. He identified and documented a number of findings that were useful in finalizing the purchase and level-setting my expectations. Since moving in, there have not been any significant issues that Ken did not identify upfront. Ken will be my first choice for any future inspection needs that I have.
