Had never tried Ube. Absolutely delicious!!! It has a little strange crunch to it that kind of desolves, strange explanation but I love it!

Updated from 5 stars. I had the matcha nut flavour on may 21st 2023 and the ice cream is very grainy. Also, the matcha ice cream made my stool very green! Something has changed here for the worse.

One of the best places to get unique soft serve ice cream! I tried their matcha nut and it was delicious. The flavour was very smooth and not too sweet. However, this place is on pricey side considering the portion ($8.50), which is why I give it 4 stars. But overall great experience and a fun place to check out for the summer.

definitely a little gimmicky but still fun!good ice cream, the dyes are a bit much though for sure but it’s a fun treat to have once in a while! there is a weird aftertaste and it’s not like traditional soft serve texture. the aftertaste is very comparable to the aftertaste of starbucks’ whipped cream so if you don’t mind that, you can definitely give this a tryour favourite was the pandan flavour. the flavours are very very sweet and will stain just about everything if you get the coconut or ube

Totally different ice cream flavours than I had in the past. I tried Matcha nut from the Multi section. If you want to try some unique ice cream flavours than this is the place.They have only one scoop size (large) which is the reason for one less star.

Madagascar vanilla. Kept it simple. Best bang for your buck with $$/serving. Or maybe I'm just in an ice cream coma.It was good. Maybe the heat today was making me taste more icy ice cream then just ice cream.Curious about their yam flavour too.

If you are near down town Toronto. Soft-serve ice-cream from iHalo Krunch is my recommendation and can't be missed. The charcoal flavoured ice-cream is their signature that it is so special and hardly find in other stores. I am not a fan of coconut favour and this black" ice-cream filled with charcoal with a hint of coconut is very delicious. I ordered the charcoal with strawberry ice-cream with charcoal cone. The cone worthed extra $1.5 as it matched with the ice-cream. For a total of under $10 spending on sweet treats in down town area is very reasonable price.The pink upright piano at the entrance is very eye catching and amazingly it is not just decoration and it is playable and in-tune. Great experience here for a family weekend after lunch."

i thought this place was just an overpriced ice cream place at first, but quickly realized it was an amazing find:- the worker was super nice and combined 4 flavours for me instead of the regular 3- the decorations are super cute- the ice cream itself was amazing; i loved the vanilla, ube, and coconut the most as they tasted super unique and had pieces of coconut/ube in themonly wish is to have them incorporate more seating inside, as the environment would be more welcoming
