The bill was $3400 more than the first time quote because he replaced a light without giving me a notice and I didn’t know he replaced that part. The owner Alex refused to give my key until I paid him. And the installation of the light was not perfectly match the car.I refused to sign the bill and I will continue fight for this cheating.please never ever go this shop again.

Dishonest company that over charges, would not recommend.

Excellent customer service, excellent work, Century Collision is a prime example of an outstanding auto body repair shop facility, being involved in a motor vehicle accident can be stressful and scary, this facility was highly recommended by Google search engine, next thing I knew I was talking with Alex Su and Ivy, I am 198.79 % satisfied customer, you guys still have 1.21% room for improvement to obtain that 200% craftsmanship. Overall, this is a highly recommended facility if you wanted to experience professionalism and an excellent customer service experience. Thank you Alex and your team.

Century always gives a great service. I'm a girl who doesn't know much about car maintenance, so I respect and appreciate that they never make me feel like they're taking advantage of me as an ignorant girl and telling me to fix things that don't need to be fixed or overcharging me. Overall, staff are helpful and friendly.

They never got in contact with me to inform me about anything.I had to call them for updates, the only call I received was to tell me I had to come get my car off their lot.With over 2 weeks without a vehicle, they assured me they would give me a loaner , a temporary replacement vehicle while the repairs where being done : no such efforts were made and I was left to my own regarding transportation.More transparency would go a long way.

The owner wasn't honest. SHAME!!!!The owner quote me the price for fix and price for OEM replacement of a diffuser.I asked him to order the OEM. However, after I got home, I checked the diffuser by removing it myself because it was a bit weird (didn't seemed like the original style). [it clearly was aftermarket]I called him, he admitted it wasn't OEM, but couldn't return me money in full. I assume he spent $50 to ordered and tried to sell it to me at $350, so he could only return me $300. I was fine with it, didn't wanna argue too much with a dishonest person

I would 100% recommend Century Collision to anyone looking for honest and friendly customer service combined with good quality workmanship and fast repair time. They did not ask me to write a review, nor do I normally write reviews. But it is a small well run business like this that deserves a review. I purchased a brand new Mazda3 from Signature Mazda and while driving home from the dealership, first time leaving the lot, 12kms on the vehicle, I was rear ended. I was devastated. I did my research on where to take my vehicle because it was brand new and I wanted it to be back to brand new as soon as possible. I am SO grateful I chose Century Collision. They were able to assess my damage for the ICBC claim immediately- the same day. Then within a couple of days, they already had my new OEM bumper in and ready to schedule my appointment for whenever was convenient. They scheduled me with a Loaner vehicle without any hesitation. I was expecting an older vehicle but I wasn't concerned considering they advised me it would only take a day for the repair, I was thrilled when I recieved a brand new Toyota Corolla with only 40km to drive while they repaired my vehicle. They were finished the repairs within 3 hours and called me immediately to let me know it was finished. The car looked absolutely perfect and back to brand new, they also washed my vehicle so it was sparking when I picked it up. I cannot express how happy I am with the service, not only because of the great work on the vehicle and the efficiency and convenience of scheduling my car in and having it repaired, but the actual customer service- the genuine kind people that work both at the counter and in the shop. I hope to never get in an accident again- BUT (knock on wood) if I do, I would not hesitate to return here in a heart beat. Thank you for your amazing service and kindness.
