Don't ever go to this place. Staff are very unprofessional. We asked if they can do our taxes and they accepted it. They had our documents since mid March and we have followed up since April 1st. They kept promising they would call everytime we call but never did. They dont return calls nor emails. We only received an email after I was almost ready to pull out our documents. Everytime we followed up, we get snarky response from receptionist. Very unprofessional, disorganized and poor client relations both from receptionist and Accountant. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I almost pulled out our papers 2 weeks ago as I was already sensing they dont prioritize us. They kept using excuses that they are working on some US taxes but they don't seem to realize we have been waiting for our taxes to get done as well. Next time don't accept job from people if you can't do it or dont intend to do it. Have the decency to inform your clients if you are unable to fulfill the job. And know that when you yell and scream on the phone, your clients hear you! And it's not cool that you give our papers back undone 1 day before tax deadline when you could have just called to return it to us couple weeks in advance.

I'm always received very friendly and they are answering all my questions I have. I probably would be able to do it myself, but trust them to do it for me, knowing that everything is looked after.

I have been coming here for years! Sue and the staff have always been thorough and helpful in answering any questions or concerns. Every year I do not worry or stress about doing my taxes and I always know that they will be ready in a timely manner! :)

Sue's awesome!! She has been doing my taxes for the past 20 or so years. Whenever l've needed her help with something she's looked after me.I find her service as well as the rest of her staff to be fast, friendly and efficient. Now everyone in my family takes their taxes to J&S.

Very good service. Friendly and understanding people. If you are looking for a book keeper who will talk to you like a real person and get your books done this is the place to go! I have been working with them for 4 years now and have no complaints.

Absolutely disgusting.... they messed our books up so incredibly badly. Our new accountant that is now having to fix EVERYTHING is gobsmacked at how these people can call themselves tax professionals. The owner is incredibly rude and the book keeper" is her overpaid daughter in law who isn't even formally trained. Avoid at all costs!!"

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The worst bookkeeping service I have ever dealt with. They are ignorant, Incompetent and unprofessional. I have called several times trying to get a simple Expense statement they prepared, and we paid for, for over two weeks now. They avoid our calls, don't return calls, and have many excuses as to why they can't take the two minutes it takes to print or send a copy. She's too busy

Super great people, very knowledgeable, and professional. Glad we went there. Half of the price for twice the expertise.
