By far the worst service / 30 min for a coffee box.15 minutes waiting in line at the drive though.Pulling up to pay and the order is completely wrong.Another 15 minutes for them to make the correct order.Very very disappointed customer

I went there for dinner but left disappointed!The order clerk said only one kind of bowl is available then came back and said not enough chicken to make the bowl!!!I ask for soup instead but they don’t have any soup either!!The parking is full of holes and the vinyl banner on top of the entrance is twisted and damaged! It projects à bad image on the other franchisees.This Tim Horton seems badly managed! The head office should look in to it, to maintain the high quality standard we are used to across the province.A Unhappy loyal client.

Started with the wheelchair access door being broken and unresponsive. Waited 11 minutes at the front of the line while 7 employees chatted and a line behind me began to form before I was greeted or my order taken.There were 4 people in the place and one car passed through drive through in this time.Been to some pretty bad timmies in my time. This one's top 5 worst.

I went to buy donuts. I was going to choose my donuts and I saw ants crawling all over the donuts. Everytime we have been to this Tim, there was always a cleanliness problem.

I don't go often to this kind of place but the one time I did go the walk-in area was closed. It was just pas 18:00. So we went through the drive through. After waiting 5 min we wire told they did not have enough doughnuts to make us a box of 12. That was it. They didn't say if more would be ready sooner or offers us anything else. We went out of the house just for this so we wire very disappointed. That being said, the few other times I've been there in the past I liked their doughnuts. In my opinion they could have more options but the ones they have alwayse taste good.

Food was fresh and for once, they had everything I ordered. I find Tim Hortons overall has gone down. They are ALWAYS out of something..eggs at 10am, crispy chicken and bacon at noon... I am surprised they dont run out of coffee. This location was amazing and the food somehow tasted better. Coffee made to perfection!
