Dr. Johnson and staff are always so kind and understanding. It's the first time I've ever felt understood and cared for.

Since coming to the pain care clinics my doctor and the nurses have been so wonderful in doing their best to have me live as much of a pain free life as possible. In the over 10 years I’ve been dealing my herniated disc and fibromyalgia I have never had people care and work so hard to help my pain. I have recommended them to family and friends who suffer from pain as well. You couldn’t ask for better people taking care of you.

I was going to the pain clinic for about 5 months, I found the staff very friendly, caring, professional, my 1st time to go here and a couple more times I had to bring my 4 year old grandson, after me spending the time trying to fill out the paperwork, he was getting rambunctious looking behind the desk asking questions to the nurses about everything and they treated him like they new him, playing with him showing him all the different things, I thought he would be getting into everything but they really really tried to help me by keeping him busy for a good 1/2hr. The doctor who gives you the treatment for your pain was very professional also kind and I just felt like they cared about their patients, one thing that I was impressed about was the way the doctor treated his staff he was respectful when he asked for assistance with a patient, in the way he interacted with the other staff was very good, as it should be but I haven’t seen it in awhile from other professional men in there positions. I would highly recommend this place. Of course my reason for going there was because I was having very bad pain in my back, I did get some relief for a few days but I needed the surgery so I don’t think anything would help a hole lot.

Exactly what Dennis Martin said. And now I know why Dr. Hammad (sp?) always called me Dennis. From Sagar's (sp?) first phone call to take my information to my last visit this past Monday I can say I have received the best medical care. Friendly staff and Dr. Hammad is awesome and I believe Sagar will be as well once his training is done.,

The neuralgia I have is difficult to treat and I've been to quite a few Drs since the MVA that caused it. Some were dismissive. Some moderately helpful. This clinic has been wonderful. Intake paperwork and review were thorough and I felt heard, unlike many places I've been. My weekly treatments are not a cure (there isn't one), but they offer near-complete relief for a day with a reduction in pain that lingers a few days. The staff have been wonderful. I strongly recommend PCC if you have a chronic pain issue.

My first apt with the doctor he had not even looking at my file before hand. I waited well over an hour after my appointment was supposed to start and the doctor was still taking people who came after me. I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism and how unorganized PCC is.I hope things get better moving forward for PCC

I don't enjoy the needles, but the doctor and other staff are wonderful. They are all friendly and remember the patient names. My injections help tremendously and I don't think that I could function without them. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient for about 8mths now. And I have to say it's amazing! The staff are very friendly indeed. You're welcomed. Even the other patients are great.The Dr's are A++ Very well knowledge in pain management. I have moved in ways I haven't in over a year maybe more. If you run into wait time it's usually not long and Trust me when I say, the Wait is Worth it.

Knowledgeable staff, very kind. Dr Khalid is very good at explaining what he is doing. Support staff is kind and helpful. The pain is diminishing!
