Very rude employees. Sukhman in the drive thru was wayy too rude this morning. I understand there is a given time frame for the drive thru but that doesn’t mean you’re going to be rude to your customers. She got frustrated at us for being slow and threw the card machine on the table while we were paying and said that she needs to be quick because of the time frame. She shut the drive thru window on our faces while we were speaking to her. Very disappointing service early in the morning. Ruins the entire day with a start like that.

Stores being short staffed is completely understandable. However, a part of customer service is making sure you convey information in a polite manner. The behaviour of the person working the night shift today was far from polite. It was, in fact, angry and aggressive. I’m not sure why a simple question about restaurant hours warrants that kind of behaviour.

I asked for a double toasted sausage on an English muffin. They didn't toast it at all. The cheese was literally on the package and not on the actual sandwich itself. This is to be the worst Tim Hortons in the world. You should close this place down. It's absolutely disgusting people over there. Don't give a s*** about what you order. They give it their way or not at all. You ask for a half cream. You get one and a half cream. I don't understand why it has to be what they want and not what the customer wants. I always thought the customer was right. Apparently not at this place

I have never in my life had a worse experience at a Tim Hortons. This location consistently gives terrible service. As a former fast food employee, I understand being short staffed or just simply having a bad day. But the attitude of the employees here is something that would never be permitted in any job I’ve had. From relaying false information, to constantly messing up the food and drinks orders, as well as being rude about it after messing up - I highly recommended walking or driving the extra few minutes to the Tim Hortons on University - it will be a much more pleasant experience.

It’s a so and so outlet. Less staff to attain walking in customers. Also many times they won’t have items you want to eat. Running out of inventory most time.

Great customer service from the cashier heather who gave me tips on saving 11 cents on cups, promotion on frenchvenila coffee , hot chocolate as well. Will definitely visit this place again recommended to deal with heather on your visit next time. April 11th 2023

Nice location, friendly staff and good food.They need to work on cleaning aspect so they clean it quickly especially in busy time like weekend nights.I know this location is usually clean but sometime I found it a bit unclean as in the pics.
