Our townhouse strata is managed by Citybase Management Ltd. We are a small strata but we receive such great service and care from Jason Wang. He is knowledgeable, professional, diligent and prompt to respond. He keeps our strata running smoothly, and in compliance with the strata property act. In addition, Citybase provides fantastic accounting services. We could not manage our strata without Citybase.

We are a medium sized strata managed by Ivan Lee. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable & helpful property manager. He is way better than our previous property manager Michael Cheng. Keep up the good work Ivan!

I had lived and owned condominiums in Singapore and in Canada; and by far, Mr KC Yau, Property Manager at CityBase Management, is the most professional, responsible, efficient and helpful Property Manager I have ever dealt with. He is truly an asset to the company.

Citybase has been our property manager for a few years, we are always satisfied with their services.Eric Chung, our strata manager is very knowledgeable with his business, especially involve issues and matters with Strata Property Act, he also has very strong connection with repair and maintenance contractors.We are extremely grateful and thankful to his guidance and leadership in helping us during the recent water flooding stormed into our building. Eric together with the restoration team, our caretaker and cleaning team handled the crisis situation very efficiently, and effectively brought us back to normal situation.Thank you Eric and Citybase.
