I went in on Friday at ~3:00PM to buy a calculator. I asked one of the employees to show me where the calculators were. After he took me there I found one that seemed to have everything I needed and I asked if it could do mixed radicals and that it had everything for grade 11 Functions and he said yes. I bought it and after testing it and spending an hour trying to work it, it cannot do mixed radicals and it was a complete waste of my money. $20 down the drain and now I have to buy a new one. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

dont go there printing center here, cause whenever they have more then 5 customers in the whole store they will call it supper busy, so even you only need print 3 pages of photo, they will ask you placed the order online and wait for more than 3 hours.

Sorry for the long review but it’s true and not embellished.Stay away from Staples Wonderland - Printing Services.I was treated very poorly and am warning others to avoid the same experience.ACT 1I came in around 5pm today to get Thank You cards printed for a 50th Wedding Anniversary coming in 3 days, 50 colour double-sided copies that were ready to print…easy.I explained what I wanted and the first girl at the Printing Services got me set up to upload the file. I explained that I had printed the same Thank You cards the day before at another Staples location, and wanted the same thing but in colour.Showed her my receipt to make it easier (as there’s 4 different line items for a double-sided print job) and she made me feel bad that I was undercharged for some minimal amount, something to do with the paper…good 1st impression.Anyways why I needed to print and pay for it again was once my teen daughter saw them the night before she had to step in and beautify it, as it looked more like a funeral card. She said it in the most tactful way but truly I suck at graphic design. She had it looking professionally done.So now I need to print it again in colour on good paper (high speed copiers). During the upload the 1st girl disappeared.(dun dun dunnnnn)INTERLUDEWhile I was waiting for the upload a very elderly woman came to the counter to print 1 colour photo, she wanted help as she wasn’t technically-savvy but the 2nd taller female worker quickly directed her to the tablet self-serve area. Really, she obviously needed help…it’s your job, no?ACT 2Finally after using a different email the upload worked and that same 2nd taller girl begrudgingly got off the computer to see what I needed, she quickly tried to shuffle me off to the self-serve copiers but I told her it needs to be on better paper. She then told me it would have to be Saturday evening, the event was Sunday…too close. I explained that I had it done with a short wait the day before at another location but she wasn’t having it or budging.So work on training your staff because in my 20 minutes there it was a terrible experience…customer traffic was slow so there’s no excuse to treat people that way.I expect better from Staples Wonderland.So off I went somewhere else to get my invitations printed. You lost $160 today and any of my future business, it’s annoying because you are close.The EndWhat happened to the 1st girl ?…probably a shift change, but that’s speculation.(dun dun dunnnn)

I recently had a frustrating experience with the Staples Copy Centre's same day printing service, and the overall demeanor of the staff only added to my disappointment. I urgently needed some photos printed and, after calling ahead to inquire about their availability, I was assured that they could accommodate my request - they would be ready within 2 hours if I uploaded the files to their online repository. I did so and went in two hours later.Upon arriving at the store, I was informed that the printing was not yet completed, despite the reassurances I had received over the phone. The staff member who addressed me seemed completely disinterested and lacked any sense of professionalism. Instead of offering a genuine apology or attempting to rectify the situation, they dismissively stated that I would have to wait for a couple more hours." Their disrespectful and uncaring attitude left me feeling unimportant as a customer.After a considerable wait

I love printing all party planning signs, invitations, posters, etc staples. 9/10 the printing turns out beautifully. There is one staff member at the printing desk who is very unhelpful, and goes into defense mode and speaks very abruptly to customers rather than take the time to listen to questions and explain the issue. It's a very “not my problem” attitude. If you get the printing staff who are kind, patient and respectful its a great experience printing at this particular location.

This is the one at Wonderland and Commissioners. Great store, clean, always organized. The addition of drop off for Purolator, UPS, FedEx....is a great service. Maybe it's been around for a while but I just noticed it and now use it regularly.

Absolutely pathetic experience at the copier section. The women were clueless about their copy machines and kept on telling us incorrect way of copying inspite of the fact that their machines had some issue. They were no help at all and are not trained. Went to Other staples locations on wellington and Richmond and the folks there were very helpful.
