Terrible delivery service. Never repsect schedule. They just didnt make delivery, cause driver was late, however, they even didnt send any messages or emails that deliver wont be happen. They dont have normal tracking system. They just give you a window from 5pm to 9 pm( and most of the time its AFTER 9 PM) and call you when they are ALREADY here... Unfortuntly cant put 0 stars.

Terrible delivery service. Said I would be home in 15 minutes to both delivery driver and customer service. They agreed 15 mins would be fine. Driver’s left before the time and docked that they left at a later time and I wasn’t home. Can’t deliver now for a week. Will be asking for my refund from badboy and purchase a couch elsewhere.

Amazing service all around! I called to ask some question and they were very kind and helpful. They have great communication and updates on your delivery via phone and email. And then they arrive, they had a smile and were very helpful and most importantly quiet and quick! I would definitely recommend!

Awful! I ordered a few items from Shopper’s and they used this company. The delivery driver didn’t knock on my apartment door. Saw the email a mere 30 minutes later (it was a Saturday afternoon) and immediately went out to find no package!! I went downstairs and searched the lobby and front of building just in case. Package was definitely stolen so I have filed a police report and contacted my building to see about viewing surveillance. Just absolutely disgusted that the driver didn’t knock (someone else let them into the building so no way for us to know), very negligent behaviour as my partner and I were both at home and a simple knock would’ve prevented this theft.

Kind of a dumpster fire of a shipping company. Ordered something online through Shoppers Drug Mart, a driver called me to say he was in the lobby of my building, I said I'm at work, please leave a pickup slip. I was told they don't do that and will reattempt delivery tomorrow... during the same hours when I am at work again. I tried emailing with the company to see what other options were available; noone can be expected to sit at home all day waiting for a package and I didn't want it stolen out of the lobby. Their responses were short and cold and incredibly unhelpful with no new information - it's clear they didn't even read my questions. Attempts at calling were also unsuccessful as their phone system seems on par with the rest of their service. I only gave 2 stars because I did eventually get the package (had someone at home today by fortunate coincidence), and the driver did call to let me know he was there. He didn't even try ringing the buzzer though, he said it was broken - it is not broken. I had to call my bf and tell him to run to the lobby otherwise the guy would have left again. I would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered washer/dryer combo from Costco and the fellas that delivered were top notch.Called my cell phone when they had trouble finding the home.Unpacked things quickly, cleaned up their mess.Were cautious of walls and staircase when carrying the HEAVY pieces upstairs to laundry.

Fast delivery and good support team. I gave them an incorrect address, so they could not deliver my package on the first attempt. After sending an email to give the correct address, they delivered my package in the next day.

This is an awful experience with them! I had a online package from SHOPPERS! and I have no idea why they are working with this company!!They were just sending me notification for 2 days that they couldn't deliver my package as I wasn't available, while I was home all the time and no missed call on my phone!On the third day when I talked to their customer service, they were so rude! and just said it will come tomorrow

It was the most frustrated online shopping experience that I had when parcel is assigned to be delivered by metro supply chain. I bought something on shoppers drug Mart online. The driver cannot even properly read Google map. Every attempt will fail and I will just get a screenshot of driver's google map app showing he/she is at some mysterious location trying to deliver my parcel and not able to find my address (even though my correct location is shown on his/hers google map with a red dot, and I can see driver's location marked as a blue dot. If you've used Google map you know how they look like). And by second day I figured out driver mistaken the unit number with street number(not even sure how that happens when driver's Google map can find me) I updated my address to make sure it's not causing any misunderstanding. Guess what. Everytime I update, the next day I come back to check, customer service still giving me the original address. I am speechless. I cant even go pick up package myself.

3 hour wait outside delivery window for the driver to refuse delivery. No appliances (ordered over 30k in product) and sitting on a truck somewhere. Dispatch lies and doesn’t reschedule. Costco has to consider terminating this contract. They hire third party movers with trucks who have little to no experience moving. I guess anyone with a truck can apply!
