12:30pm today I was getting lunch at the hot bar and I noticed a young lady using her bare hands eating food at hot bar, taking one bite then throwing the food back into the hot bar. One of the staff was refilling the food so I immediately informed the staff, unfortunately the staff spoke little to no English…The young lady that was eating at the hot bar with her bare hands noticed I was informing the staff about her rude behaviour and suddenly started cursing at me in Spanish… for the time being I’ll go to Cambie location to eat my lunch.

The store has a lot of variety. It is easy to park underground for free for one hour. I enjoy the outdoor space where we can sit down with our coffee or snack and have a nice conversation with friends.

Whole Foods Market has a vast selection of food items. Found all the ingredients for a recipe here. The seafood presentation and cleanliness are impressive. Staff were helpful during a busy Sunday lunch.

The coffee part of this shop has hard-working staff, however the establishment is continuing to use disposable cups. This is very disappointing. Whole foods, be part of the change and keep disposable cups out of landfills! Do the right thing. Potential clients simply boycott and walk out!

My gf and I pretty much eat the burritos from here 4 times a week. We love it so much!! The staff are super nice and very friendly. The only thing is that the size of the burritos are sometimes big some times small.

I live near this place, so I've been coming here for the pre cooked to go and grocery for over ten years. The store is small, but most of daily necessities an be found here, and the weekly sale items always offer very good prices. There are many employees who will greet you proactively and offer help. However, there are two female employees in the coffee bar department who have been working there for a very long time. Whenever I see them, even though they are wearing masks, I feel like they are not looking at me and do not want to greet me. They seem very indifferent, which is really bad when I come to drink coffee early in the morning. I always say thank you politely, but they still don't respond much. Overall, most of the employees are enthusiastic, and the products are fresh and reasonably priced. I will still come here to consume frequently.
