Rumble House Media Group Inc
Had Super 8 ripped to Blu Ray and VHS to DVD. The resolution was good on the Super 8 conversion but the colour and lighting weren't as good as done by Digiteck. A file containing 28 minutes of video was missing from the hard drive product. Also, the VHS conversion stopped halfway through the tape and I didn't notice until 2 years later, so I don't have the entire tape backed up.So quality control was not up to standard but customer service was good in meeting deadlines and explaining process.
