I had a great experience working with Durwin who was very knowledgeable and acted in more of an advisory role with me in a place I did not realize I could use some advice. The lending business is full of salesmen and Durwin comes across as an excellent advisor and consultant in personal finances. Come in with your goals and he will surely provide some added value to the transaction. Pleasure working with your Durwin.

I found Taylor was very helpful and understanding. The loan was very helpful in a short-term scenario (best to pay it off sooner if you can). Read the contract and make sure you understand the interest rate and insurance premium.

I am elated to share my experience with Fairstone especially Derwin. I remember like it was yesterday, I needed some quick funds to clear up some urgent bills and he was so helpful, patient and clear as he guided me through the application process. He even stayed back after the branch had close on a Friday evening to ensure my application was processed and my funds deposited to my account. I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Taylor, and from the jump she was incredible. Knowledgeable, inquisitive and caring, she made the whole process a breeze. Cannot recommend her services enough. The manager even took time out of his day to pop in and chat, which was a really nice gesture, so thanks again Durwin!All in all, I'd say you can't get better service in finance than Fairstone in Bayers Lake.
