Extremely positive experience, very pleasant front staff, the technician had very good manners and explained the process for the test extremely well.The meeting with the Doctor was very detailed, she went over the results of the the respiratory test, the x rays and recommendations going forward.If you need a respiratory test done this is the place to go, the staff doesn’t make you fell like your a burden on them

I had a really bad experience with U-breath, the staff were unprofessional and they were kind of rude unfortunately. And when i was talking to the costumer service the respiratory therapist Tammy came from inside and interrupted my speech in a rude way instead of trying to calm down a sick person that drove for 36 mins to reach the clinic she was arguing and talking to me in a disrespectful way.

I would give zero stars but if I have an eleven o’clock appointment and come in and there are 5 people waiting and I don’t have 2 hrs to spare, then don’t tell me I have to pay 50 dollars as a now show if I go! Had to leave anyway so paying the money bricne more organized and don’t overbook. Everyone’s time has value. I run a business too and don’t make anyone wait more than 15 minutes.

The physicians and technicians get 5 stars. Dr. T was very helpful and great to communicate with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with patiently.I would give 0 stars for for quality of the reception person I spoke to on November 19, 11:45am. English is my second language so I don't know how to precisely articulate my thoughts towards her. Here are some words that I thought of: abrasive, inpatient, rude, lack of common courtesy, and/or lack of proper upbringing by whoever happened to spawn this individual. It's a shame because the professionals are great to deal with here.

Not so much of a good experience as there are few issues in regards to my visits. Firstly they are not appreciative of a person’s time and always running late. The reception staffs are abrupt and rude and the place is noisy with mostly the type of shoes they wear here and lots of tapping. I had to walkout of this clinic eventhough i had appointment, i still had to wait for an hour but still not getting seen.

I would not waste your time with this lung doctor....very rude and not helpful whatsoever....I spoke with my family doctor and he referred me to a different specialist...thank goodness for that..this doctor needs some people skills

After numerous dr. visits and a hospital stay . I was told i had pneumonia then i saw Dr.tourin she not only ordered an emergency test but also found out i had dangerous blood clots which no other dr. Suggested . She actually saved my life . Getting me on the blood thinners and blood work i will require for a while . She is my saver and a huge thank you to her

Rude front counter. In my 3 visits noticed they were nice with white people but rude with darker thou two of them were darker than me. Dishonesty seems to be the “go to” when they make one, two, three, four and counting mistakes. No respect for others time, waste of my time. One more example of the crumbling and low quality health system my taxes help to subsidize. Shame on them.

Id give 5 stars to Andrew the guy who did my test. He was very easy to follow along with, and he was a compassionate guy. The front desk lady wasn't a pleasure to deal with, but I don't expect much unfortunately.
