Never any cashiers, you are forced to use the self checkouts.

I hate that all Check Outs were closed, only self Checkouts are Open, that's not the way to give coustomers a good feeling

Always a good experience here staff is amazing and very helpful.

The 5 Star is for the Walmart un Hawkesbury Ont: I am pleased with the staff and help I received. I previously ventured to Lachute Walmart on the Quebec side. I picked up my sister In law at a seniors home for she hasn't been out for a long long time and she has Alzheimer's and dementia. The home contacted me for she needed new clothes. When we arrived in Lachute walmart they where asking for vacines. To my suprise my sister in law did not have it on her. Therefore I contacted the home for thembto foward her vacines to me on my phone in which they did. We went back in and again where sent away fir she had no ID that this was her. Now she had all 3 vacinnes and I explained she was from a home. Never the less we where turned back again the second time around. What is this world coming to where you can no longer go shopping. I understand protocols and presedures but this is going to far.A big 0 stars to Lachute Walmart. Hawkesbury keep up the fantastic work.

Went there 3 times this week for something advertise in the weekly flyer, never got the item, false publicity if you ask me.

I find the self check out only" thing that they started makes me long for a local bakery and butcher where someone is actually working to serve you. This place is making you do the work and charging the same price. The employees are nice. The corporate structure is a sign of impending collapse. I also think their parking lot is way too big and ugly."

I am glad this walmart is available to me. It may seem a bit unorganized at the moment ..but that is simply because, they are expanding in order to add a fruits and vegetables section which will complete the grocery part of this establishment along with other parts ! So not only will you be able to shop anything from clothing and shoes, to toys and games for the whole family, to all you might need for your outdoor experiences such as gardening, to a wonderful section for all your cleaning products and anything you might need for your pet ..but you will also be able to do a full and practical load of groceries in just a little while !!

They have enlarged their grocery section so its become a much more convenient place to shop. The employees are helpful and friendly enough but the prices don't seem to be as competitive as before the renovation.

Service was never very good here, but now they're self-checkout only which means Walmart is in the final phase of gutting Lachute and can dump all their workers. It takes just a tiny bit of effort to find better, more local places to shop to improve the community.

Checkout extremely slow. Cashiers not available forcing you to use self check out. Frequently out of stock on many common items. The staff, however is always friendly and helpful/
